◆ Important Notice – A Building Exterior Repairs



Starting (August 4, 2025), the A Building at Dunes of Panama will undergo scheduled Milestone Exterior Repairs. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CT).



Renovations are currently focused on the exterior of the building and will not affect the interior of your unit. However, please note that balcony access will be restricted at times, and work on the balconies may impact your stay. In addition, certain walkways will be temporarily closed for major renovations, which may limit access to your condo. These dates should already be reflected on the booking calendar, but we encourage you to contact our team to confirm whether your stay may be affected. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve the property and uphold its high standards.

Our stay was good. Our families rented 5 condos in same building. Ours was the most updated. My only complaint is the master bedroom bed. The bed in master is very uncomfortable and sinks in, need new mattress. We didn’t like where the bathroom door was located either. Overall, a pleasant stay.
