Non appena entrerai, sarai portato via dalle viste sull'oceano, dall'ampio piano aperto e dalla cucina moderna. Questo è un condominio ENORME appena ristrutturato 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni con nuova vernice, piastrelle in porcellana, mobili, elettrodomestici, armadi, ripiani, ecc. Il lungo balcone avvolgente di 715 piedi quadrati offre molti posti a sedere e diversi tavoli per mangiare all'aperto e viste mozzafiato. L'arredamento divertente e da spiaggia offre un'atmosfera rilassante e felice. La master suite si affaccia sull'oceano e vanta un letto pillow-top king size, un sacco di spazio per riporre e una TV via cavo a schermo piatto. Il bagno principale ha una nuova vanità, lavandino, rubinetto e ripiano in granito. La seconda camera ha due letti queen size, un sacco di spazio armadio e TV via cavo a schermo piatto. Il secondo bagno ha anche nuovi mobili, lavandini, rubinetti e ripiano in granito. La cucina dispone di illuminazione a LED, nuovi elettrodomestici, armadi e ripiani in granito. La cucina è ben equipaggiata con il nuovo frigorifero LG con acqua filtrata e fabbricatore di ghiaccio nella porta, nuove pentole, padelle, utensili, ecc. La Family Room ha un nuovo sezionale in pelle con letto queen size, poltrona reclinabile elettrica (super confortevole), TV via cavo a schermo piatto e viste, viste, viste! Apprezzerai anche il servizio di sedia a sdraio con due sedie a sdraio imbottite e ombrellone fornito per questa unità.

LA NOSTRA UNITÀ:
La nostra unità terminale 11 ° PIANO è FRONTE ALLA SPIAGGIA situata all'estremità orientale dell'edificio e offre una vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia, sul golfo, sulla baia, sui pontili e sulla laguna. We stay at the Watercrest every year. This is the best condo to us. The layout creates a lot of room and has really comfortable seating for everyone to watch TV. The condo is really clean, and communication is really easy. Views are amazing, kitchen has everything you need, and beds are comfortable.

There are so many positives, and not many negatives. Il’ll go ahead with the positives. The condo was very nice and had great views. The master bed was very comfortable. Great master shower. The condo Tiki bar was a nice touch. Great when you want a quick bite. I’m not going to mention the negatives, because I think they are negligible. Had a really great stay. The owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. Pro tip, if you like to cook, bring your own basic condiments.

The condo is exactly as pictured and the owner responded very quickly to any questions I had. There were 4 of us 53 YO - me, my husband and my parents. Cons: The only few picky things I would mention is there is no door on the king bedroom bath vanity section so you cannot be in the bathroom sink area without disturbing anyone sleeping. A pocket door would help this easily. And the balcony chairs are tall stools so if you have someone with you that has problems getting into a tall chair like this, like an older person, they won't have the ability to sit outside. Dining table will only seat 4 and no other chairs available. These small things are certainly not a deal breakers and I would 100% rent this unit again. Pros: The covered designated parking spot is wonderful especially when the lot is full. The balcony faces the sunrise side of the building. The unit is quiet between rooms. Bed slept great! Love having a push button lock on the unit to eliminate the need to carry a key. Plenty of pots and pans and dinnerware. Even had 4 beach towels and a couple of beach chairs to use. I left my Pineapple Willy's cup for someone to use to get the refill price to pass it on!

This unit is exactly as pictured and even better in person! Wrap around balcony lends to a view of either city/bay side or ocean front! It’s 11th floor is high enough to enjoy watching the waters for all the sea life or your family sunbathing just below! Beautiful unit w the things you need and expect for your stay! Not only would I stay here again I’m going to go home dreaming about owning it someday!

My friend and I had a very relaxing fun and sun filled stay at this condo! The unit and the grounds are well taken care of! We drove into Pier Park to play and shop one day, took the ferry to Shell Island another, and even went on an air boat ride!!!

The pictures are deceiving, it doesn't show that you can look right into your neighbors condo from inside the condo and vice versa . There are no window coverings in the living room for privacy at night. You can hear the upstairs neighbors. The king size bed is literally 3 feet off the ground. Some utensils were still dirty and put in with all the clean ones. Dont plan on cooking, there were only frying pans, no pizza or baking dishes. Not enough parking, if you dont get there early in the day you have to park across the street. It is not reserved parking or covered. Covered parking is for residents only, nor guest. The sofa sleeper is a joke, it is literally a 3" mattress with no sheets for it. My daughter just slept on the couch. The balcony has good views but you will have the neighbors looking at you through their windows. The front balcony is offset back so you can not see all the way down the beach, just what is in front of you. There was construction going on right next door, the balcony was loud with hammering and air tools constantly going off all day. The ad also does not tell you they want you to do 80% of the cleaning, but you are still charged a full price cleaning fee. There are glass walls in the LR and master bedroom if you have little ones who like to touch you will be charged an extra cleaning fee. It felt really small and we had 6 of us. It is definitely not 1400 sf of room.

Absolutely beautiful! The condo had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The close walk to the pool and beach was such a plus. We had the use of beach chairs so no need to drag so much to the beach. Wonderful peaceful vacation

This property had gorgeous views and a very spacious balcony. The beach was pristine and guests and property owners at Watercrest were very nice. The beach chairs were convenient for our beach days. This was one of the best rentals we have used thus far.

The property has a wonderful view of the ocean. I thought both bedrooms had a view of the ocean but only the master. There were a few minor issues that needed repair but gave them to the lessor who was helpful and appreciated the feedback. It was great to have free beach chair service.
