Starting on the first floor, you will find the master bedroom and a private en suite bathroom with a shower and separate soaking tub. Great area and location

We have been coming to 30a for years but this was our first time to watersound. We loved the area! The proximity of the unit was great for the beach and pool. The unit was very nice but could use some updating with more comfortable furniture in the living and dining areas. The bunk room beds could use replacing as they were very noisy and the trundle bed wasn’t very clean or useable. Master bath needs better lighting. Very dark for putting on makeup or shaving. The management was very easy to communicate with and attentive on issues that could be addressed during our stay. Golf cart, bikes and start up items in the unit were all very handy. We hope to come back next year but might choose a different unit just because of the need for more seating and more comfortable furniture in the living areas.

Clean, safe, great artwork

Beautiful artwork, clean well decorated, everything worked, steep inside stairs with no elevator so could be difficult access for some to main level (master downstairs?)be careful in garage as there is a step down that I about totaled on more than once. Nice to have golf cart and beach chairs😊. Pool cafe wasn’t open yet but pizza place at front of complex was great! A good safe development.

Water Sound in Spring

This was an excellent property form a location and functional standpoint. We were able to walk and ride bikes with the children in a safe and protected environment. Access to the beach with available golf cart was great but also a necessity. While appointed very nicely, the kitchen lacked some supplies and dishes etc. that we needed for family meals and was very small. The porches and pool access were awesome. The rental included adult kikes and this was great for our use and convenience.
