The age requirement to rent this condo is 21, with a max of 10 guests. There is a $105 registration fee on-site for a resort packet that includes 2 parking passes and 10 RFID beach/pool access armbands for everyone in your group.

Yes. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
