Golf Villa 513 si trova sul campo da golf adiacente al ponte del tram per un giro veloce per la spiaggia e la laguna piscina con alimento completo e servizio bar. Una piscina è anche direttamente di fronte da questa unità. Recentemente aggiornato con nuovi armadi e ripiani in granito. Questa unità dispone di pavimenti in piastrelle in tutto. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Camera familiare ha una regina sonno divano e loveseat, 40 'tv a schermo piatto. Master camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, balcone e bagno privato con spogliatoio e cabina armadio. Camera degli ospiti con due letti matrimoniali e un bagno completo. Ampio balcone. L'unità è al secondo piano, con facile dentro e fuori. Wifi gratis. Jet-ski, vela, parasailing, sedie a sdraio con ombrelloni sono tutti disponibili sulla spiaggia.

Cute little Villa 513

We had a nice stay at this villa. We were there for a dance competition and it was so convenient to our event. We had a couple of issues with the sleep sofa mattress being covered in sand and dirt and the sheets on it were stained. But the owner was helpful about it.

Perfect location

This condo was in the perfect location! It was nice and clean, just had some dust in the drawers and closets, but otherwise it was tidy! We loved the balcony and the fact we were so close to the pedestrian bridge. We’ve stayed at Edgewater several times and it never disappoints!

Small slice of paradise

This is the perfect property. Condo was stocked with everything we needed even had games for the kids inside the unit, books for me to read ( I fully enjoyed reading on the balcony watching the sunset) and my mom enjoyed the movies provided in the condo. We didn’t have to drive much, stores and actives are literally on property or right down the street. We enjoyed walking across the street to the arcade/bowling/skate ring. The pool area is AMAZING and if you have a chance to catch karaoke DO IT soooo much fun. We will be booking again next year but for a longer stay and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here this is our new slice of paradise You can definitely tell the owners put time and love into this condo.

Refreshing Atmosphere

Our stay was really enjoyable and accommodateted all of our needs for our stay. We had an amazing time and wish to return very soon. Working with the Merrell Family was top notch. The people in the area were so nice and positive, which made our stay even more of a delight.

Wonderful accomadations

Everything amazing except yhe communication with VRBO. Thankfully the owner was able to communicate the door code hours before our arrival. They sre wonderful hosts and highly recommend this property. VRBO, not so much.

July 4th Vacation

Owners were very easy to work with. The Golf Villa is in a premium location right next to the bridge to the beach. It is on the 9th hole with a view of the course and lake. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Great accommodation and location

We really liked this condo and resort. The condo was clean, bigger than I expected and good for a couple of Dad’s and their sons visiting for a baseball tournament. The resort was walkable and safe, with a number of pools. Easy access to the beach was a bonus.

One of my favorite stays in PCB!

This property has an amazing location. Although not directly on the beach, it’s a quick walk across the bridge (which the condo is right next to). It was quiet yet still near a lot of things. The owner was easy to communicate with and I look forward to hopefully stay at her property again.

I love Edgewater Resort. I only stay at this resort whenever I’m in Panama City. The pool and access to the beach is so convenient. Anything and everything you wish to have are minutes away. Awesome restaurants!

Very clean and great communication

The condo was very clean including the floors. Nice location on the quieter end of the beach. Directly across from some of our favorite places to eat…Dee’s Hangout, American Charlie’s, and Pink Pelican ice cream. Just a very short walk across the parking lot to one of the pools and a nice walk or golf cart ride to the large pool or beach. Condo is very close to the bridge that takes you over to the other part of the resort. Newer appliances and living room furniture. My husband loved the new mattress in the master bedroom so much that we had to ask what kind it was and where to purchase it! Boys loved having their own beds rather than bunk beds. Ana is a great communicator and answered every question I had very quickly. Checkout instructions are simple and easy to take care of. The condo is older but has some nice updates. Plenty of parking right in front of the condo. There were a few things that were a little challenging for our tall family-low shower heads, low ceilings, and low toilets, but that’s common for us. Lol!
