Edgewater T1 #709 - Lagoon Pool View!

Enjoy one of the best views of the Gulf of Mexico from our seventh floor Tower 1 beautifully renovated beachfront PCB vacation condo. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king size poster bed with private bathroom along with a peaceful private sitting area overlook of the beach and resort's pools. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the master bedroom overlook sitting area while relaxing in one of the two recliners in the master bedroom with amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows. The master bath has a spacious walk in shower and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom hosts two queen beds with access to the second bathroom of the unit. The den has a work desk and chair to catch up on work as needed or to make this unit the perfect vacation spot for a remote work trip.

Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your friends or family getaway! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, 2024 rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest must be at least 25 years of age to gain access to this resort property and will be denied access upon arrival to the resort by the Security Gate.

Very Lovely

Lovely condo! Check in and out were easy. Amenities in condo were great. The floor and bathroom could have been a tiny bit cleaner. The floors were very sandy and left our feet visibly dirty. The bathrooms would benefit from a deep clean, especially in the showers. Beds were comfortable and large dinging table also great!

Great beach location in PCB

This condo is well located in the middle of Edgewater Beach Resort. Great views of a beautiful beach and pools. It is comfortable with electric reclining couch and chairs. Cort and Chase were very responsive to any needs and questions. Mattresses were very comfortable. Second bathroom could use a little updating of the tub shower door

We loved the condo and the view of the pool and ocean. It was convenient to use the fitness center across the walkway. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay.We definitely would come back! The sand on the beach was like sugar!everything we needed.

Nice property, location was excellent!! Had trouble checking in bc we did not receive text/email from representative. Should have had parking passes available at the gate. Other than that everything was great!!! Would stay there again

Wanna go back now!

My family and I really enjoyed soaking up every minute of our vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer, but days had already been booked up. This is a very beautiful condo with some of the very best views of the ocean. Definitely plan on going back to stay again!

Floor and towels

The floor needs to be mopped throughout the condo. It is very dirty as in your feet get black when walking barefoot. (I have a picture that I took of a wet papetowel that I checked the floor with if someone wants to see it.) I was able to sweep and did not get much up. I did see wet swifters that I would have used but no mop to put them on. There was also only 6 towels and washcloths and two hand towels. This is very few with 5 guests. You get more in a hotel room. Thankful that washer and dryer were very nice, because we had to use them every day. Condo was beautifully furnished. The small bathroom could use a newer tub but it was clean.

Perfect Location

We have stayed at the Edgewater Resort a half of a dozen times and this condo was by far our favorite. We loved the location and the size of the room. It was our first experience using VRBO and we were so glad we did! We are hoping to stay here again in two years.

January stay

The location was wonderful. Central location in Panama City Beach, right on the gulf coast. The room’s views were wonderful and the setup of two recliners in the master looking out the floor to ceiling windows was excellent with the cooler weather and rain when we visited. The condo was very clean upon check-in. The only issues were that the second bathroom’s exhaust fan wasn’t working and the condo didn’t have a hair dryer as advertised. We lived with the exhaust fan during the stay and the management team sent a hairdryer over within a few hours of asking about it. Very minor issues compared to the overall experience of our stay, location and views. The smart televisions in both bedrooms and living room were great, the washer and dryer were huge and seemed new, and the kitchen was a perfect size and well equipped. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay!

Beautiful, Quiet, and Updated

We love coming to PCB throughout the year. This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo was nicely updated, the view was wonderful, and the location was perfect. It was easy coming and going, parking was nice, and it felt right at home. Will keep this on the list for future visits.

The four of us had a great time at Edgewater. The condo was perfect and we all slept very well on the comfortable beds. We weren't told about there being a $50 parking fee until we arrived so we suggest that this info be included with the rental info in the future for other renters.

Luxurious condo at Edgewater

This condo is exactly as advertised, which is darn near perfect. Luxurious master bedroom and bath, and amazing recliners in the master bedroom and living room. The rental company was also great to work with.

Great condo in a great location on the beach!

Right on the beach, this condo was a great getaway from colder weather up north. The place was very clean and well furnished. Personally, I could sit on the balcony all day just watching the waves roll in, or in the dual recliners in the master suite, looking through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The only downside was that we had to return to weather in the 20s.
