Thank you for your review. Yes, we ask for a security deposit at check-in, however it is refundable and we can also put that deposit on a debit/credit card. Florida has adopted certain laws to counter human trafficking, but the main reason we ask for ID's is so we can give you a key if you get locked out of your room. For security, we do not give keys to anyone who we do not have an ID on file. Hopefully, our rules and policies will not deter you from staying with us or coming down to Panama City Beach in the future.

The number has changed each time you've voiced this complaint regarding your most recent stay. I did not argue because I am not going to admonish my guests as liars. Not because I or anyone here "knows there's an infestation" as you claim. I do my best to take my guests at their word. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. However such a claim this copious and wavering I cannot stand by. The room was checked immediately after you left and no such a thing was found in it.
