DETAILS: Four Buoys and a Birdie is located within the Hub 30A district of Watersound on Rosemary Beach. Guests will love this desirable family-friendly district with restaurants, shops, and more. This lovely 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath coastal home with bunk area and trundle sleeps 14.

As you enter the first floor of this 2-story home, admire the hardwood floors, beautiful trim, and exposed beams that make this house a home. The bright and airy great room seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas—perfect for entertaining. Listen to music from the chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and farmhouse sink as you make dinner for everyone to enjoy at the 8-seat dining room table or 5-stool breakfast bar. Host friends and family in the living room on the 2 linen-white couches and upholstered armchairs before dinner. Down the hallway, you will find a dreamy king suite with access to the outdoor patio.

Ascending the staircase, you will come upon 4 spacious guest bedrooms perfectly spaced out for privacy. The primary suite includes a king bed and private bath with access to stunning views on the balcony. The additional bedrooms have 2 queen beds and a bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunks and 1 twin trundle bed.

Outside the house in the back, you can find a screened-in porch for those breezy summer evenings, a large patio with alfresco dining table and seating for 8, and a natural gas grill great for throwing some steaks on. Keep the night going with friends and family by relaxing around the fire pit in the 6 Adirondack chairs, or unwind and breathe fresh air on the cushioned patio lounge chairs and outdoor sofas. Don’t forget about the outdoor shower after the beach.

30A Vacation

Home was beautiful, great space for our family vacation, bunk beds were a hit with the kids, loved all the balconies, home is across from one of the community pools, The Big Chill and shops were great! Beach access was a quick golf cart drive. Would have loved to have garage access for storing beach toys, boogie boards, cooler and towels when coming home from the beach, otherwise all was great, thanks for a great home to enjoy our time in Florida together.
