Abbiamo incluso questo nella tariffa ed è un risparmio per voi di $ 40 / giorno. Il condominio è davanti golfo con numerosi aggiornamenti tra cui ripiani in granito, soffitti di nove piedi, corona stampaggio e pavimenti in piastrelle.

Abbiamo già detto POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE ... cosa si può chiedere di più? Siamo letteralmente 1/2 miglio da Pier Park con 20 + ristoranti e più di 100 negozi specializzati, lo schermo 16 Gran Teatro con IMAX, e molti altri ristoranti e negozi di apertura tutti i giorni. Tutto il nuovo Miglio Amusement Park miracolo è ora accanto aperta a Pier Park. Il Russell Pier è direttamente dall'altra parte della strada dal Pier Park, dove si può pescare al largo del molo e anche il luogo dove i fuochi d'artificio si spengono il 4 luglio, Capodanno, e molte altre volte durante l'anno. Si può letteralmente rilassarsi sul balcone e hanno una splendida vista del pirotecnico.

Tidewater è a soli 10 minuti d'auto dal nuovo aeroporto internazionale e Frank Brown Park dove si tengono molti eventi sportivi. Se venite a Panama City Beach per gli eventi sportivi, non si può stare molto più vicini di così! Con tutti i comfort e la posizione, non c'è nessun altro posto dove stare in spiaggia!

The property was great and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Great location, nice beach and pools. Plenty of room to spread out and a lovely ocean front view. The owners were wonderful about explaining the parking and check in situation as well as any other special info about the unit.

We enjoyed our wonderful vacation in this beautiful beach condo! We loved the beach feel and how clean it was and the view is amazing! The elevators weren’t as bad as what everyone says and the property was very clean! The restaurant at the condo was great and everyone was very friendly. We were close to everything and could even walk to pier park. We watched dolphins, manitees, turtles, fish from the balcony. The owners were super awesome and the condo had absolutely everything!

A lot of first for us on this trip.....mandatory hurricane evacuation, red tide, dolphin encounters, first place metals in a 5k, sunsets on the beach.....the list goes on. Even though nature didn't cooperate for the whole trip, our family and friends had a great time. Carolyn was great to work with. She kept us informed about the red tide situation and the hurricane. Thank you!

This fun & cozy condo had a perfect view of the beach & beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It was centrally located to many restaurants & activities. We loved walking in to the beachy look & vibrant decor.

We really enjoyed our stay in room 1621!! The only thing that we didn't like was how long the elevator took to get to our floor. I know that's just part of staying in a big condo but it was just hard when you have kids anxiously waiting. Once the workers got on the elevator to help regulate it, it was a lot better. The condo room was super clean, and accommodated two families with children VERY well. They LOVED the bunk beds & all of us having our own shower was SO nice!! It took no time to get ready to go out to eat! The owners gave very detailed instructions on how to the check in, how to park, etc. They communicated with us & that was a huge help. They were so pleasant to deal with! I am thankful our first visit was so lovely!!!

We had an odd schedule as compared with the normal duration of most stays. The Frashers worked with us and helped make our trip possible. The condo was immaculate and the property as a whole was just what/where we needed it. The onsite beach toys were very beneficial for our grand kids, Thank you, Richard and Carolyn. I am glad that we stumbled across this listing. I believe that you will be too. David And Linda Whitson.

This was my family's first trip to Panama City Bach, or the Florida panhandle. We had heard about the beautiful beaches and couldn't wait to take this family vacation! The condo was perfect for us- we had 7 people in our group- 4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 kids, and the sleeping arrangement worked out exactly right. Our teenager snagged the fold out couch while the 2 boys used the bunk beds and everyone was happy. We never felt cramped or on top of each other, and more importantly we never turned on the T.V.! We played board games (courtesy of the room!), cards, made meals together, sat and talked on the patio overlooking the back, and spent many hours digging holes and building sand castles on the beach. t was a true vacation. We went a couple of times to Pier Park, and window shopped, which was a nice break in the evening before dinner. We tried to catch every single sunset we could! The weather wasn't completely cooperative, but during the few little rain spells, we adventured around the condo building (played in the arcade once, swam in the indoor pool once, and went up to the top floor to watch the rain). The condo is pristinely maintained. The appliances were all clean (this is a big one for me!), and the only cleaning we had to do was when we tracked in tons of sand! It was nice having the washer and dryer unit for keeping swimsuits and beach towels fresh. The beds were comfortable, clean and inviting for extra naps that we usually don't get to take. :) The one downfall is the elevators. I'm sure everyone who visits this property mentions the long wait for an elevator, and we were no exception. Sometimes we would get one right away, other times we would wait 5, 10, even 15 minutes. The good news is that the single elevator at the other end of the walkway is less used, so we started using that one more frequently towards the end of our stay with better luck. :) Carolyn and Richard were great hosts! We got all we wanted and more form this vacation, and can't wait to go back!

Did not like waiting on the elevators for ever and the beach chair situation is horrible. Needs to come up with a better solution for that.

We had an amazing quick getaway! This condo was perfect for us and our two small children. The space in this condo was just right. It was provided with everything we needed. We would definitely want to stay here again if we ever come back to PCB.

Beautiful condo, had everything we needed and more. Washer and dryer were so nice to have. Very clean. Carolyn is a pleasure to work with and always responds to texts / emails quickly. We had no trouble with elevators, never waited longer than 2-3 minutes for one. Beautiful views, clean condo, safe location for my kids. Thanks for such a wonderful stay! We will be back !

We loved staying in this condo. Everything you need is here. We had a great time making memories with family and friends. Perfect getaway place for eight people. Plenty of space for all. We would definitely rent this condo again and I would highly recommend it to friends. Richard and Carolyn are great to work with and they want it to be just as perfect for guest as they do for themselves. Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

Mr. & Mrs. Frasher are wonderful people to lease a condo from. They made our overall experience so easy and accommodating that we could not ask for more. Thank you both for all the extras you did to make our overall trip a success. The condo was more than we could have asked for. The views were just wonderful as well. Had a great week here. Positives great location beautiful view and never ran out of hot water! Cons the place was dirty animal hair in bathmats etc and were visibly dirty. Way too many nick knacks taking over too much counter space. Also be prepared to wait for the elevators. It seemed like people had all kinds of ways to get the elevators to bypass floors. Wait times as long as 30 mins. Also internet was spotty. We rented this place to be on the beach and to be able to cook our meals. The kitchen was fine except very few storage containers with lids. We were here as an extended family and had a blast.

I truly enjoyed this apartment and its location. Everything was within walking distance and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

The look & feel of the condo was a real "beach theme" with ALL the comforts of home. We enjoyed the view from the 16th floor every morning with the spacious deck. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were perfect in size. Love the pools & of course the beach was beautiful !! Café in condo was an added convenience and the shop/restaurants closer than we thought. A+ on everything that Carol could do, D on the fact the elevators were ALWAYS SLOW...

The condo was fully furnished and the decor fits the beach theme. The only downside with the resort was the elevators was slow. Overall our vacation was great, wish we could have stay longer.

The property was very impressive. Decorated beautifully, clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, convenient to the beach, shopping etc. The beds were very comfortable. We couldn't have wanted anything better. It was perfect!! We really enjoyed both of the pools at Tidewater and spent a lot of time there. They were big, clean and lots of seating. We also enjoyed the DJ that they supplied for a couple of hours in the afternoon. The elevators were a little aggravating from time to time but that's to be expected at such a large facility. We enjoyed the two free beach chair rentals however it would have been nice if the condo would have been stocked with a few more for other family members to enjoy. It was all around a wonderful vacation and if we ever visit Panama City Beach again we will definitely stay at this property again.

Condo is as described and more! It was spotless. Very friendly owners. We will recommend this condo to family and friends. If we return to PCB we will definitely stay in this condo again.
