Benvenuti nel nostro condominio recentemente decorato (marzo 2016) al Tidewater Beach Resort! Non vediamo l'ora per voi di venire ricordi di famiglia costruire e prendere l'amore della casa salsedine e navigare con voi. Questo grande condominio al 16 ° piano è decorato con colori luminosi e felici, proprio sul Golfo del Messico. Dispone di due camere da letto, 3 bagni, e dispone di una camera a castello separata. Il master ha letto matrimoniale con bagno privato (vasca e doccia), 2 ^ camera ha letto nuovo pillow top matrimoniale e bagno privato (doccia stand-up). La camera a castello ha due letti singoli e bagno privato (doccia stand-up). C'è anche una nuova memoria di schiuma divano letto queen size nel soggiorno. Questa unità dormirà 8. Godetevi il nuovo 55 "TV intelligente con servizio via cavo Xfinity. Vi è un nuovo lettore Blu Ray, un nuovo comodo divano, poltrona e pouf nuovo, nuovi tavolini, nuove lampade, e la nuova credenza TV. Il tavolo da pranzo 6 con posti a sedere supplementari al bar cucina (posti a sedere totale per 8). Vi è una lavasciuga nell'unità. Il condominio dispone di un ampio balcone tra cui lettini e tavolo e sedie con una vista spettacolare sulle acque cristalline turchesi e zuccherino soffice sabbia bianca. Splendidi tramonti! Il nostro condominio PUÒ risparmiare fino a $ 600. 00 a fronte di una unità di tre camere da letto che può ospitare 8

Tidewater si trova a mezzo miglio al villaggio dello shopping Pier Park. Pier Park dispone di fantastici ristoranti tra cui Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, Panera Bread, Back Porch Seafood House, e molti altri zona con negozi tra cui Dillards, Old Navy, JC Penneys, Target, 16 schermo cinema multisala, i bambini giocano con la ruota panoramica. Essere sicuri di scendere al molo di pesca e vedere tutti i tipi di pesce! O gettare in una linea e prendere un pesce coppia. Nice property

The property was very nice and loved our condo. The elevators were horrible and you have to wait for a long time. They are very strict about not allowing tents and umbrellas on their property. You can put them in front of the property line or on the left side of the beach chairs. If you are in the wrong place they will make you move!

Read the reviews....the elevators are ALWAYS down. I spoke to several people that had stayed previous years and I myself also stayed before....elevators are always down. If you can trek the stairs...stay there, if not, book elsewhere!

Probably would not use again

It was not clear to me who to contact when there was a problem. The owner of the property was not communicative and reply to my issue. The condo was extremely hot and the fridge did not cool so I lost all the food that I had purchased. However, the staff was extremely polite and courteous.

The condo itself was great. The rental company is amazing. Four star condos. The elevator situation is pretty terrible and the beach is super crowded. I still Had a great time. Just be prepared lol

Tidewater unit 1610

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was very clean, updated and nice. The only cons were that the beds were very hard and not comfortable at all. The elevator situation is a little frustrating also. Overall would definitely stay again .

Loved Our Stay

We had a great time and the unit was perfect for us. Of course the pullout couch isn’t the most comfortable but I don’t think any are and yes the elevator situation is a bit of a pain (however we met a lot of great people squeezing in or waiting for one) but for the unit, the view, and the memories we make at the Tidewater, it is 100% worth it! My daughters and their friends still want to stay here twice a year and this would be a great unit to rent again!

This trip was our first to stay at Tidewater. The facility itself has the same issues as all large condos. Slow elevators. The parking garage has one walkover on the second floor, which rarely has parking available. So you have to take the stairs or wait for another elevator to get to the second floor to walk across the street. They do have plenty of luggage carts and shopping carts which made it nice to haul our stuff up to the room. Upon arrival there was an issue with the television not working. We arrived late so had to call the next morning. The management company was quick to respond and polite and courteous. The condo itself seemed like it needed some cosmetic work. Small things like a door handle on the pantry. The front door looked like it was beat up. There was sand on the floor when we first arrived and hadn’t been to the beach yet, and the balcony furniture was just so so. We enjoy spending time on our balcony and it was very small, In width and length, compared to other places we have stayed. The most disappointing thing is that there is a runoff drain directly to the left of the property when looking at the beach. This drained pond water from across the street into the gulf and turned the water brown. It was like swimming in tea and a huge eyesore. Had we known about this prior to booking we would have went elsewhere. In order to sit at a beach with clear water, we had to drag all our stuff a couple blocks in either direction, which kind of defeats the amenities of having a beach front condo with chair service. The condo did provide each bathroom with 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll o f paper towels for the kitchen, one laundry detergent and 3 dishwasher soaps. It was enough to get us going. It was nice to have 3 full bathrooms and the washer and dryer in unit. The location is close to pier park, however many activities we wanted to do were on the east side, so not a great location for our group, but if you like shopping it’s a great location.

Great condo!

Everything about the actual unit was wonderful! My only suggestion would be to have beach chairs/umbrellas for guest to use. They do have included beach service but we opted not to use it because those chairs are further away from the water. Having the 3 bathrooms and the bunk room made this such a nice 2 bedroom unit. The gym at the condo is very nice as well. My only complaint which is why I gave it a 4 star rating is the elevators. You do have to wait a bit for an elevator and many times they would be so full, you would have to wait for another or push the up button so you could ride up and then down so you could get on before they got too full. A 10 min wait for the elevators was the norm. I would stay here again and do recommend.

The elevators take forever. Are condo was okay. The tvs in the bedrooms sizzled and didnt have any sound. The light didnt stay on, and the bed in the master was broken so you slept head down and feet up . And it was hard as a rock. Plus a maintenantice man walked into the condo while i was in the bathroom.

Good property

Condo was asdescribed ..... pool was dirty, hot tub was closed. Everything just seemed old and dirty. The balcony of 1610 was dirty and the chairs and table were old and need replaced. Condo was clean thank goodness. First and only time at the Tidewater.

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautifully decorated with a really "beachy" vibe. Great views from the balcony and we don't a lot of time out there. We had everything we needed provided for us. Plenty of space for a big family. Both bedrooms are spacious and the bunk room with bathroom was perfect for two teens. The place was also very clean and well maintained

Fun in the sun!

Overall a very nice condo. Plenty of space and all the conveniences of home. The decor was beachy yet comfortable. We loved it. The balcony could use a good cleaning, but we were still satisfied overall. Plenty of great beach space, and the elevators were not a problem for us. We would definitely stay at this property again.
