COME INFORMAZIONE: Attualmente (da novembre 2017 e proseguendo fino all'inizio del 2020) c'�� un nuovo progetto di costruzione dall'altra parte della strada sul lato est di questa proprietà. Le tariffe pubblicate sono state adeguate in considerazione di eventuali e tutti i potenziali problemi relativi alla costruzione

Crow's Nest è una casa con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno situata nel cuore di Rosemary Beach lungo l'autostrada 30A. Questa deliziosa casa di trasporto illuminata dal sole si trova a pochi passi dal centro città, dalla piscina Barbados e dalla spiaggia! Entrando, troverai un'accogliente zona soggiorno con HDTV per il tuo divertimento. Il divanetto, che funge anche da letto aggiuntivo, può ospitare un ospite aggiuntivo. Comprende una cucina completa per pasti e spuntini e un'isola con posti a sedere per due ospiti. La veranda avvolgente ti permette di dare un'occhiata al Golfo del Messico mentre ti godi il tramonto o un bicchiere di vino. Dietro l'angolo della cucina troverete un bunkroom con due letti singoli a castello, una lavatrice / asciugatrice e un bagno completo con box doccia in vetro. Proprio sopra la scala a chiocciola nel soggiorno è una grande camera da letto principale con un letto Tempurpedic king size. Questa zona ha la sensazione di un soppalco e si affaccia sulla zona giorno al piano inferiore, rendendo lo spazio sentire aperto e pieno di luce. Scrivi alcune cartoline per i tuoi amici e familiari usando la scrivania incastonata da una finestra che domina la città. Le acque di sabbia bianca e smeraldo del Golfo del Messico sono meno di 100 metri lungo la passerella di legno! Questa casa �� perfetta per una coppia o una piccola famiglia per creare un'esperienza di vacanza indimenticabile. Trovato il paradiso!

Great Location!

We loved our stay at the Crows nest. Perfect location to the beach, pool and walking distance to all the popular attractions. The music is loud across the street from a piano bar but it stops around 10:30pm. We had small children and brought their sound machines and that was a big help. The best surprise was the private pool! My son actually learned how to swim this trip in that pool. I would 100% recommend this carriage house and will stay there again.

Perfect Rosemary Beach Escape

Could not have asked for a better location or escape from the frigid northeast for a couple. This house was perfect for my wife and I -- centrally located in Rosemary beach - a quick walk to the beach or to 30A. We walked to our favorite eateries or strolled the beach or just spent time in the back yard by our private pool. We loved this location.

Week at the beach

Unit is adorable and great location, can walk to everything. Neglected to mention co construction in progress on property making entrance to unit difficult, internet issues which property management failed to adequately respond to. If not for chance encounter with the owner this would have remained unresolved

Great getaway!

Went for a long weekend with my husband and our dog. It is a fantastic location if you want to be close to downtown rosemary!! Very Close walk to beach, as well. The balcony is wrap around with some of it covered, which was enjoyable!! The property manager was attentive and easy to reach. We have had some bad experiences with other rental properties in the past (especially cleanliness) so we are always a little weary but this property was fantastic!! Just a note- the master bedroom is up a set of spiral stairs in case mobility is a concern. Would recommend this rental!!!

Our Sons first birthday getaway

2 adults - mid 30s and 1 one year old. GREAT location, property manager is very thorough/responsive and check in was a breeze. Main complaint - the floors and rug in living room were very dirty and worn. Seemed a little pricey for the accommodations but you're ultimately paying for location here. Overall though, we had a great experience and we will be back.

Great location, not clean

Cottage sleeps 5 people but it’s really not functional for 5. It was not clean, the chairs are stained and the rug is disgusting. The AC went out from midnight til 12:00 the next day, 90 degrees in the house. Called and message the property managers, they never called back. We had to keep calling them.

Fun family vacation

This was our third stay in Rosemary Beach. We typically stay east of the main square and will plan to do the same in the future. It was noisy here due to restaurants and other condos with pools close by. Overall the carriage house was very clean and well kept. No spices for cooking and only two towels provided.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Crows Nest. It’s a short walk to the beach and pool. Also within walking distance to a bunch of shops and restaurants. The place was clean and lived up to our expectations based on pictures from the site.

Amazing location

This house has everything you need and it is beautiful. It’s in the heart of Rosemary and we enjoyed our stay. Management was amazing and super fast response. My only complaint is the internet. It wasn’t fast enough to stream or take work calls.

The cutest cottage with an AMAZING location!

Me and the hubs greatly enjoyed our four night getaway at the Crow’s Nest! Super cute, cozy and the perfect location. You are right in the mix of all things, walking distance to everything, including the beach. I highly recommend this place for your next getaway to Rosemary.

Review

Overall the cottage was extremely cute and an ideal location to attractions in Rosemary. Downside was the constant noise. Trash truck at 6am on Tuesday and Friday mornings that lasted over 30minutes and sounded like the trash was being dumped in the living room, pressure washing at 7am on Wednesday morning for the restaurant across the street and folks talking in the street till 1 in the morning directly under the bunk bed windows. Unfortunately the look and appeal of Rosemary was lost due to the above referenced noise.

Perfect Vacation

It was everything and more! Perfect location for biking/walking everywhere. Quiet past 10:30 pm, and just enough space for our family of 4! Will definitely be booking again next year!

The Perfect Location!

Location could not have been better. We are a family of four with two young kids and really enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach, even shorter walk to restaurants, etc. It was a great time!

Spring Break

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Excellent location! Very short walk to restaurants, beach access, and pool. Something to note: your balcony looks right at Pescados which had live music every night we were there. This could be heard throughout the carriage house. It wasn't an issue for us because our kids sleep though everything, but something to note if that would potentially be an issue for your family. Otherwise, it was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, could use some updates.

First off, the location of this place is amazing. It is a 5-minute walk to basically anywhere you'd want to go to eat, shop or beach - with an infant that was huge! However, it is right across the street from the Pescado restaurant, which is pretty noisy up until about 1030p at night. Between the lights from the restaurant and the car lights that shine through the windows we felt like the unit could use some better privacy blinds that blocks out light at night more. A couple minor things, 1 lightbulb in the bathroom vanity light was out, the light above the top bunk didn't work and the patio furniture was super uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. Also, the pool alarm "bypass" button when entering the unit didn't work so every time you open the door to come in the loud alarm would go off. The beauty of this place is its location and wrap-around balcony, however, because the chairs were old and uncomfortable we didn't utilize that space as much as we would have liked. All-in-all, you can't beat the location - the best. The unit itself could just use some updating and TLC.

We just stayed in the Crow's Nest at Rosemary Beach. The property was in a great location. It was walking distance to the pools, beach, and restaurants.

In serious need of renovation

This property is in serious need of a renovation and deep cleaning. Appliances need to be replaced, light fixtures need to be replaced. The hardwood floor is worn out and dirty and needs to be replaced. The microwave handle and grill fell off when we tried to use it, someone had tried to repair with glue versus replacing it. You can tell when things have been broken and then haphazardly repaired. The deck is in bad shape as is the inside and outside furniture. Everything is completely worn out. The location is terrific with great access to the beach and restaurants. The location is the only good thing about this property until they give it a much needed refresh.
