Fantastic property
Property was great! The condo was clean, nicely decorated and plenty of space! The golf cart was a great addition as well!! The pool was amazing and the Big Chill and shops and food spots were an added bonus! Can’t wait to come back and bring the kids!! Perfect for couples and families alike! The only thing that would have made it absolutely perfect would have been the beach being closer. It wasn’t too far away but the closest to the property was closed for renovations so we had to go a bit further. Loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!!

Awesome location. Beautiful property.
The property is in an excellent location (especially if you truly want to relax and be away from the major crowds). The home was practically spotless and offered TONS of towels. The home is spacious and nicely decorated for a beach town feel. The golf cart was a SWEET bonus! We enjoyed driving to The Hub in it.
Communication needs some work. Although we had no major problems, it took several days to receive a response for receipt of payment. The lights did not work on the gold cart and we never got a response.

Fantastic spot, close to everything!
Great place, close to everything! The house had everything we needed including beach items. We loved the golf cart being included. That being said, information wasn’t sent over prior to arrival for the golf cart access. It all got worked out but I had to stay on my phone with the management company(who was wonderful) to get it figured out. They needed my ID, copy of insurance and waivers signed. All understandable but it was kind of a hassle with the timing of it after driving all day.

Extremely strict pool rules should be stated in the details
This is a very nice property with a good location. However, if you are looking to hang out in either pool, which was one of my primary reasons for staying here, you’d better not plan on having anything other than a bottle of water in your hand. I had a Yeti cup with nothing even poured in it yet and was immediately approached by a man and was told my cup was not allowed in the pool with me or even on the edge. When I sent a message to the host inquiring about any sort of pool rules not being stated before or during my booking, she never ever replied. I never heard from her again. We were there 5 days. Other patrons were furious and had the same issues throughout our stay. If these are your rental communities rules, you need to be upfront about it. We are responsible adults and we should all be able to enjoy our vacation. On top of it all, on another day, it barely started to rain and the same so called “security” made everyone leave the pool area entirely. They are not lifeguards or official professional security but were still able to harass everyone when it was obvious they just didn’t want to work that day anymore. Prominence is a nice community with what could be a nice amenity.

Great Place to stay
This is a great little place. Very Very clean and well maintained. The two bedroom "C" units have the balcony and that's nice. The whole community is beautiful. Very Active and KID FRIENDLY. The Hub across the street is great for grabbing a bite on the go. #1 be ware "C" only has ONE parking place. #2 there is no private beach access you go to the public beach and that's a learning curve but easy once you know what to do! We loved it and are going again!

We had a great vacation staying in the Prominence. The weather was great all week which really helped us have a great vacation. The condo we stayed in was perfect. Great location and the golf cart was a must have. Overall a great time was had by all.

Not well equipped and smelled a tad smokey
Carpets were not the cleanest and had a hint of cigarette smoke. The overall place and layout was great, but it was not well stocked with things. Such as counter spray. There was nothing to clean the counters with, not enough toilet paper or paper towels. No foil or wrap to cover food in fridge. Other than that, the location was great.

Fun Family vacation spot
Our family of 4 had a great time at this property! The condo was the perfect size for us and the location right next to the pool was great! A bit of a drive to the beach with little kids, but the golf cart made it work. Plenty of restaurants to offer carry out during COVID-19. Would love to come back and experience the Hub activities after the pandemic. Overall, we were very pleased with our beach getaway and felt that we were able to social distance/stay safe. Would highly recommend this property!

The property was very nice and across the street from the Hub. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are a little further and we chose to drive. We took golf cart to state park beach. The walkway to beach was very long, especially with infant and toddler. We drove to Inlet beach the next day and was able to park up front. The walk is not very far and lifeguards are on duty.

Great Stay
We had a great vacation in Watersound at Prominence with a few cons but mostly pros!
Love the decor of Soleil Vacay, the location to the pool and the golf cart provided was great! The pool is great for young kids..... loved the zero entry. The Hub is wonderful and right across the street. Loved the newness of the condo and the community.
The cons.......after I paid for our condo we were told the Saturday-Saturday wasn’t available any longer. We would have to come in on Friday or Monday instead....which was inconvenient for us because my husband had to then take an extra day off. I was not happy with Panhandle Getaways about this. The beach access is not the best. You have to drive to one of the public beach accesses. We knew to expect this though. We had issues with ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. The couch in the living room and carpet in spare bedroom need to be replaced...lots of stains.
Overall my family had a wonderful trip!

Great Location and Very Clean
My family couldn't have been in a better place. Right across the street is the HUB, a great place for food, fun and entertainment. They are very accommodating to kids as well which was a plus. There was more than enough room with two bedrooms and a spacious kitchen and family room. I would highly recommend this location!

Fabulous Beach Condo in perfect location
We had a fabulous time at this great beach condo. It's right across the street from The Hub, making it easy to walk to all the resturants and entertainment. The state park within walking distance is a great way to enjoy the beach. Close to the beautiful pool which has a great community grill for cookouts. The condo is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and great beds. Loved dancing at The Fish House. This is a fabulous vacation spot!

Beautiful, Convenient, and Clean
This unit could not have been more perfect for us! My husband and I (along with another couple) traveled down to 30A for a long weekend and stayed in Cheryl's unit. It was so convenient, VERY close to the pool, and was minutes from Rosemary Beach/Alys and Seaside. Upon arrival, Cheryl let us know what the code was to access the pool (since we arrived early) and let us check in a few hours early, too. We can't wait to go back and stay here!

This is a new development that is still under construction. Very nice pool area and a good vacation atmosphere. The food court over the road seemed to be very opertunistic with their prices and did not deliver the quality expected for the money.

Loved Prominence!
