We chose this resort because of the LARGE and beautiful main lagoon style pool with beautiful landscaping, hot tubs and restaurants. 6 tennis courts on-site, par 3 golf course on-site with carts available.
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full-service resort on Panama City Beach. Nowhere else on the gulf coast will you find grounds this beautiful! EBR is conveniently located to countless activities. There are several restaurants, shops, and activities such as miniature golf and a game room all easily within walking distance. The new Pier Park is a short 5-minute drive. Here you will find several unique stores, many great restaurants, bars, live music, a movie theater, kids activities, and even a mall with all your favorite stores! All right across the street from the beach!! You may also like to take advantage of PCB's many other activities all within a short World Marine Park, the local zoo, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, Shell Island, chartered fishing tours, dolphin cruises, go carts....
Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may register another vehicle for an additional $30 via the registration site. The link to register will be provided once the reservation is paid in full.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.
RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
