Grande 1600 piedi quadrati DUE CAMERE DA LETTO DUE BAGNI Condo. Vista sulla spiaggia da ogni stanza con 80 piedi di Windows. Le immagini non mostrano o raccontano l'intera storia. Il condominio si trova a 125 piedi dall'acqua. Quando mangi al tavolo sei a soli 100 piedi dalle persone sulla spiaggia. Essere in grado di vedere un facile mezzo miglio in ogni direzione rende l'intera conversazione al tavolo quando si mangia su ciò che sta accadendo e cosa stanno facendo le persone sulla spiaggia. Il solarium è ottimo per colazione e tramonti. Quando l'acqua è calma è facile vedere il delfino. Queste sono le Dune di Panama, un complesso più antico di 15 acri con 1500 piedi di fronte alla spiaggia e all'estremità orientale della spiaggia dove alloggiare è più rilassato e tranquillo.



Dune di Panama, 1 ° piano, vista incontaminata di sabbia e acqua! Abbiamo il più grande lungomare in PCB e il nostro edificio è a bassa densità. 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni, King in master, 2 fulls in camera degli ospiti. Muro di finestre in ogni stanza con vista! Il condominio è ben aggiornato!

Ultra relaxing

The property itself is a little older and elevators were a little rickety but this condo was absolutely amazing. Beautiful views and beach access just steps away. Very clean and well furnished. Everything worked as it should. Master bedroom was huge and super comfy. It was quiet and the blackout curtains help it stay nice and cool. Communication was fantastic and we had everything we need. We were one trash bag short for the week. That is literally the only thing we needed that wasn’t already provided. This was our first trip to PCB, but we would happily stay here again and again.

Great condo, Close to the beach

Very nice place, close to the beach, great view. The property manager is super nice and very interested in how your experience is. He is very hands on. He wants to talk to you verbally upon check in and also upon check out. Overall great place and the beach chairs were very convenient.

A great and cozy place!

Our condo stay was great from the minute we arrived to the morning we left. Entry to Dunes of Panama was easy and quick, security was very helpful, and finding parking was easy. Unloading was somewhat challenging as upon our arrival one of the elevators were down, but it was back operational by the middle of our second day. Plenty of unloading carts and the condo association has shopping carts to help with grocery unloading, which is a huge benefit. The room has a great view of the whole beach. For an older condo, it is in fantastic shape, with plenty of furniture for all to be comfortable, great entertainment options as each room has a TV with Roku TV, so definitely no shortage of apps, games, and movies. The master bedroom is large and cozy, with plenty of dresser space. Second bedroom has 2 beds which was great for our teenage sons to use. Amenities at the resort are plentiful. 3 pools with 2 of them very close to the condo, multiple beach access points, nearby Tiki Bar, grills for outdoor cooking, and onsite restaurant/bar called Stingrays. Dunes of Panama is also very close to many stores, restaurants, and entertainment options outside of the resort. We had a fantastic stay during the 4th of July week and highly recommend this condo for a family trip to PCB. Karl and Jenny were fabulous hosts and you can trust that they have the best interests of all guests at heart. We will definitely stay here again when booking a family trip to PCB.

Beach view

Nice property, however windows do not open and wanted to hear ocean. The air conditioning unit was under neighbors patio and it would drown out the sound of ocean. Also, neighbors patio too close and we did not have privacy on our deck. Plus neighbors were loud occasionally on their deck in early, early morning. The unit was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was great. We are more comfortable with a different style of condo.

Great Condo on the Beach!

Spacious Condo on the beach with a beautiful view ! Very short walk to the beautiful white sand at PCB! Condo was clean and comfy. Cozy family room w great comfy couches and a big TV and lots of channels! Great balcony for watching sunsets and there is a great view from every room! Lots of good places to eat nearby including the place at the pool! Host was helpful and friendly!

Great Vacation

We enjoyed the views and liked that it wasn't on the busiest part of the beach. We did see a large number of dolphins and military jets from the condo. However I would hesitate to take our dog again, there wasn't many areas we could take her for walks (no fault of the owner) and most beeches in Panama city beech don't allow dogs so she got left behind alot. But overall my family was happy with our stay

Incredible Gulf View

This was our 3rd year in a row spending February in Panama City Beach. This was the best condo by far! Beautiful Panoramic view of Gulf and beach with no obstructions. Large nicely decorated first floor corner unit allowed access to beach and pools without use of the elevators. Karl was a wonderful host with clear communication! The master bedroom had a Firm foam mattress relieving arthritic back and shoulder pain that I have had for several years. Now I have to shop for a new mattress! :) We definitely plan on staying here again!

Communication with Karl was great! Views were awesome! The building is older but the condo was spacioius and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Full sized washer and dryer was a plus. Dog friendly.

Karl has a really nice condo in an older building of The Dunes Of Panama. There wasn’t a thing we needed when we arrived. Everything was just perfect and we’d love to stay there again. The communication with Karl was nothing but spectacular. Can’t wait to come back.

Best beach vacation by far!

This condo was the most spacious and beautiful condo we have ever stayed at. The WiFi was spectacular. The full size washer and dryer and utility room was a blessing as most condos only have a top/bottom washer and dyer that barely work. The views out the windows are unbelievable! It’s like you’re always setting on the beach inside your room. Access to the beach from the room was the easiest I've ever seen. Walk out of your room and turn the corner and you’re there. But the best of all was Karl, the owner. He is very much available at all times no matter what time of day. He checks in consistently. From the time you first speak with he is like talking to family. We will be booking this condo again! Thank you Karl!

Right on the beach and the most amazing views!

Great condo with AMAZING VIEWS, lots of space and a very well stocked kitchen (it had everything and we could have even baked a 4 tier cake if we wanted to). Fantastic beaches and 3 pools were great too. We will definitely be back!

Don’t Hesitate - Just Book It

The beach front ocean views of this property is so much more than the photos can show !! I felt like I was on the beach while sitting at the island having a meal! Tow right turns out of the condo you will be on the beach access ramp only steps away from the sand !!!! Other guest were complimenting our location because it’s that perfect! Upon arrival we immediately opened the curtains to take in the view! Unit fully equipped, including two fans, each room has ceiling fans as well (bonus for me)! The unit was exceptionally clean (not a hair anywhere) and we looked too! Yes .. bc we’re that family and my daughter is a clean freak !!! So.. book it now or you may not get on the next search !!! Almost happened to us !! So grateful for this stay!

Best Vacation Yet

My family and I have been coming to Panama City Beach for years. This is 100% the nicest condo that we have ever stayed. Karl was awesome. He made the entire rental process very simple. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival and was supplied with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be renting this unit again.

Excellent Services and Beautiful Location!

Very relaxing and the owner Karl was fantastic. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a nice location on Beach and very quiet with security. Very spaces and Clean Condo. Highly Recommend! Wish I can give Karl 10 **********Stars for his kindness!

The view!

We had an amazing stay. The condo is located in a gated community, condo on the first floor that had access right out to the beach. 3 pools to choose from. The view from the room was amazing- Even when you were not at the beach, you felt like you were.

Spring Break

Great location. Fall out of the condo right onto the beach! Host was extremely attentive and accommodating and promptly responded to any questions about the area, etc. that we had. Great restaurants up and down nearby. Beach was beautiful and relaxing. Just what we all (wife, 3 children & 2 dogs) all needed! Definitely recommend!!

Excellent Views!

Enjoyed our stay very much! Karl was super helpful and accommodating. The condo had everything we needed, and then some. SUPER clean, which we are very picky about. Very conveniently located away from the busiest of the Spring Break crowd, yet close enough to get to everything quickly. We definitely plan to return!
