Questo condominio lungolago tranquilla 30 A ed è completamente arredata per il vostro divertimento. Camera da letto ha un letto king size. e ritiro regina divano letto nel soggiorno ha un bagno. Vanity lavandino con grande specchio nel corridoio per una maggiore comodità mentre si prepara. Cucina è dotata di ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. C'è una lavanderia al piano 4 °. Il balcone è fuori del soggiorno che offre una splendida vista lago. Vi è la pesca fuori dalla porta anteriore. Le biciclette sono disponibili a noleggio. Carillon Beach Inn dispone di (4) belle piscine di godere, si è di fronte all'oceano e uno è riscaldata. Ci sono eventi della comunità speciali durante tutto l'anno in cui i vicini si riuniscono sulla piazza del villaggio. Avventuratevi a Rosemary Beach a soli 3 miglia di distanza. Ci sono anche negozi di generi alimentari a pochi passi. Per ulteriori avventura commerciale c'è Pier Park 7 miglia di distanza. Pier Park offre film, sala da pranzo, Margaritaville e molto altro ancora .. Per gli amanti di golf ci sono campi da golf nelle vicinanze. Property was in sore need of maintenance. The grounds needed cleaning the buildings need painting and the Pool needed cleaning inside pool area and bathrooms, the pool wasn’t heated and didn’t look like picture posted. The condo was no larger than a motel room and needed some updating but was clean..The construction noise was loud all day and at nite the bar nearby was pounding out music…….

My husband, myself and our daughter stayed here for a week. We loved the location of this property. Close to Panama City Beach, yet far away from the congestion and traffic. The unit was small, but it worked perfect for the 3 of us. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom with a King bed and our daughter stayed in the living room on the pull-out sofa sleeper. The pull-out was comfortable, but we brought a 2" memory foam topper with us for extra comfort on the sofa-sleeper. The kitchen was small, but big enough for us to cook all of our meals. The dishwasher was nice. There isn't a full-size oven, but rather a large toaster oven on the counter under the built-in microwave. The stove had 2 burners, which was sufficient. There are 4 pools at this resort and we visited all 4 of them. The resort pool is very large with plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed walking through the resort in the evening looking at all of the cute beach houses. For all future visits to this area, we will certainly be staying at the Carillon Beach Resort. We also liked this unit as it is pet-friendly.

This is our third time at this property but first time with this condo. We had a small issue with dog hair on bed sheets but owner was quick to respond and apologized. She gave us code to housekeeping closet for clean sheets and new mattress protector. They had beach chairs and wagon for tenants to use. We brought our own but it was a nice touch. This one of our favorite places to vacation because of the gated property and private beach access. We have coffee every morning at the beach and go back in the afternoon with the kids for boogie boarding. Great stay overall!

We stayed here before and it was just as nice the second time as the first. The housekeeper did not clean the sand off the deck though! FYI the battery in the smoke alarm in the bedroom area needed to be changed in the middle of the night! We did disconnect it that night and put a new battery on it the next day! Scared puppies to death! Otherwise all was well! Hope to visit again! We had a wonderful time!

This is our second time staying at this condo; our first time was two years ago. Carillon Beach community and the pools are amazing. It’s a short walk to the beach, maybe 10-15 minutes and there are several walkouts available. Unfortunately, the condo was quite dirty upon our arrival. It could use a really good, thorough cleaning. There was dirt, sand, and piles of human hair in the bathroom and many of the baseboards and walls had stains and just appeared to not have been cleaned well in months. Same as the areas under and around the bed. It’s a nice location and decently priced, but would have been much more enjoyable if it was clean. It is conveniently located near the large pool!

Upon arrival we found a property that was a studio rather than a one bedroom as advertised and far from clean. Especially with the current pandemic I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness and upkeep. I wiped down all surfaces with bleach wipes upon arrival and vacuumed in an attempt to make it feel a bit better. Definitely not at all what we expected giving the past reviews. Mold on bathroom ceiling and back of door :/ and linens were incredibly cheap. This was just lacking quality in all ways. I’m not sure if this unit has gone down hill or had a bad few weeks, but we will not be returning to this condo. The grounds and pools made the stay worth it. Beautiful and very well kept. We will stay in the area again, finding different accommodations.

This was our second time staying at this property, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Comfortable condo with all the amenities needed. Short drive to dog beach. Restaurants, pools and shopping onsite and around the corner. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sun set. Can't wait to come back again next year!!

We had stayed at Carillon Beach in the past so were familiar with the property amenities, location, etc. Our unit was perfect for this trip — nice lake view from the balcony, comfy bed, room to entertain the friends from Arkansas that were staying at a nearby condo. Furnishings were in great condition, nice hardwood flooring and pleasant colors and decor. A delightful break from home!
