I was extremely dissatisfied with this condo. The floors were dirty when we got there. Sand on floors. Bathroom floors dirty. The patio door lock was broken. The coffee table was broken. The dining table only had 3 chairs and they were so wobbly they felt unsafe. The couch and two recliners had stains all over them. The best furniture in the condo were the chairs on the balcony. Once outside of this unit everything was good. The pool was nice. Condo needs to be updated. Bedrooms were ok.

Needs updated, lights need replaced, walls, doors and trim need cleaned better, coffee table was about to fall over. Bed spreads were dirty and floor needs scrubbed.Didn’t even have full rolls of tp in bathrooms to start.Views were great, exterior hall ways and exterior of facility were very well kept.

Elevators need major improvements. Ice maker didnt work, lots of marijuana smoking when we were out on balcony. Very strong! Broken shelf in freezer also. We had a great vacation doing all the things! Clean rooms and nice people.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location! The beach was not overly crowded like other beaches we have been to. Nice condo and wonderful they include the beach chairs and umbrella. Beds were comfortable.

Fun family vacation

We took 3 generations to the beach and all had a wonderful time. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and safe. I was comfortable letting my 14 year-olds go to the pool by themselves as the security guards were so professional and present. The condo was right off the elevator which was also convenient. Staff, from the check-in desk to the beach chair rental guys, were friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay again!

Great stay and location!

This was a wonderful resort in a great location. Very family friendly and as a first timer to PCB, I’d come back to stay here again. What a beautiful view to wake up to every morning and end the day with. There was plenty of room for our party of 8 and the amenities were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful every step of the way.

Great stay

We had a wonderful visit to PCB. It was off season and absolutely fantastic. Our room was everything we needed for our stay and we would definitely stay here again in the off season.

Family trip

Great condo. Clean, comfortable beds, well equipped. Only negative was the elevators were always packed with people and long wait times. We waited 30 minutes just to get an elevator. Staff was friendly and helpful and property is clean and well maintained.

Do not book here!!!!!

It was dirty. Smelled like marijuana smoke everywhere. Elevators took 30 minutes or longer. Overcrowded!! The lock to our balcony on the 28th floor was completely broken in half. The door lock going into the unit was a joke and could be opened easily. There was not enough room to put a suitcase on the floor of our unit and there was not a closet. There was one towel in each bathroom. It was just a nightmare. We left after one night there basically as soon as I found a different place to stay. I will never go back.

Overall good stay...

Wonderful beach and views from balcony were amazing!! Unable to set on balcony at night, due to roaches. Shower in bathroom by the bunk beds had water coming out from the overhead light. Called property manager, advised would send someone out, they showed up and said they would go upstairs to check out leak. Called the next day for update, was supposed to receive call back. Never heard from anyone, we had kids use other shower. Elevators were horribly slow during check in times. Pools were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay

Birthday trip

The view. So amazing, property clean and comfortable, very good for the price, simple but every thing we needed. On most of the reviews we read before coming said the elevators had terrible wait times but we never had an issue, slightly busier during check in/out times but never waited more than 10min, outdoor pools and hot tub were great, the little shop had all we needed/forgot to pack, having the beach service made all the difference in our beach chairs you can use them 830-430 and the beach staff were so nice, so close to so many amazing stores and restaurants/bars

Can't wait to return!

Other than the weather, our stay was perfect!!! The check in process was seamless. The elevators were not as bad as reviews stated, even at peak times. The resort is lovely and the beach chairs are wonderful!! We cannot wait to return.

Spring break at the Tidewater!

The Tidewater is a great place for families. Our condo was clean and cozy. Reserving your beach chairs each day was quick and easy. Plenty for kids to do! Us adults enjoyed the bar and restaurant!
