Beach Views, Comm Pool & Fitness Room ~ Paradise Shores 310

Located on the 3rd floor of the east side of Paradise Shores, this 2 bedroom unit has wonderful gulf views from both the private balcony and entryway balcony. This is a single-level unit accessed by elevator, so it’s convenient and accessible for everyone. With quite a bit of space, this property is beautifully furnished and well-stocked as your home away from home. Paradise Shores features a fantastic pool deck as the center-point of the complex and comes complete with a separate hot tub and exercise facility. There are also two floors of covered parking garages accessed by a secured gate.

For your convenience, there is an outdoor wash station so that you can wash the sand away before entering the complex.  You’ll never find yourself bored here…with the beach, the pool, the hot tub, and the exercise facility. This is the perfect condo in the perfect location of Mexico Beach.

Floor Plan: Bedroom 1 – queen bed and TV, DVD/VCR; full bath with stand-up shower, laundry room, large kitchen, dining area, Bedroom 2 – master bedroom with king bed, TV, DVD, entrance to gulf view balcony and master bath with double vanities, spacious stand-up shower, large garden tub and his/her closets; and living room with large flat screen TV, DVD player, queen sleeper sofa, two twin sleeper sofas, and furnished, gulf view balcony.

NOTE: Trailer parking is not allowed on site. Trailers must be parked in the public parking lot just over the bridge leaving Mexico Beach on the right.  Rules and regulations for this parking can be found on The City of Mexico Beach's website.

Overall, great trip! Some construction noise from across the street, but not a big problem! To be expected as Mexico Beach rebuilds! Very clean and well maintained! Lots of books, games and beach chairs and stuff so can leave yours at home!

Prefect location

The rental process for this rental was so easy! We did encounter a few things that we didn’t expect however it didn’t ruin our stay. There was a very gross twin mattress with stains all over it in the closet, food underneath the couch that my 9 month old found, our bedding had stains on it (we ended up washing everything the first day) and the dryer you had to run at least 2/3 times to get your items dry. Other then that we had a great time!

Beautiful stay

We loved the property and the amenities, and truly enjoyed our stay. The property had a great view, easy beach access, and the security guard was super friendly! Communication from the property manager about check-in was very difficult. We were at Pristine at 4:30 PM central time and no one was there, even though their closing time is listed as 5:30 PM. There was not any communication about the keys to the property via email, call, or the guest portal. When I called the after hours line, the lady I spoke with said they were EST, even though the property is in CST. When we checked out, no one was on-site to accept the keys either. Check-out is also going by EST, so beware that you have to be out by 9 AM by the time zone you’re technically in.

Close proximity to beach

Property was clean and as described in the condo description and pictures. Condo was next to gas station that had bright lights that stayed on at night. However, the blackout curtains helped Immensely. Mexico Beach is beautiful but has lots of construction and currently no restaurants, just a few food trucks. We drove down to Port St. Joe for food.

2 adults with only one key.

Asked for extra key - after two failed attempts property Mgr never managed to come thru. This one incident did not ruin my stay, but made a very inconvenient and unnecessary situation.

Great location

We had a great time at this place. Right across the street from the beach with a pool that overlooks the ocean. Beautiful! My big negative that is coloring my opinion... my preschooler found a leftover Motrin on the floor from a previous guest and popped it in her mouth! Thankfully, she wasn't alone and everything is okay. Please!! Be careful cleaning staff. Since the hurricane cleanup is still under way, there aren't many people at the beach (a plus for us) but also be prepared to cook since there aren't any restaurants near by either. The kitchen is more than fully stocked, but there were quite a few dirty items from previous guests. The property is very close to a channel which brought a lot of storm run-off into the beach while we were there. The water is much cleaner if you walk down the beach instead of swimming near the channel if the weather has been bad recently. Otherwise, the property is as listed and very nicely located.
