The property is in a great location. Food options were great with a Walmart across the street. Super convenient. The room was decent. It was bare minimum room however does not live up to the standards that I was accustomed with other Extended Stay America properties. I found the room to be noisy from outside traffic and slamming doors through the night. I think the hotel is fine for a single night. If staying multiple nights there are better options in the same area and they are equal to or slightly more than this location. The room reminds me of a hospital room. Make sure to bring slippers for the room.

The woman at the desk was very nice. She was not able to price match. I got to my room it smelled awful. Was supposed to be non smoking. I left after being in there for 5 minutes. Please issue a full refund. I have photos. Thank you.

Just don’t do it.
In the room above us it sounded like they were going from one end of the room to the other stomping around, I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it and it stopped for about 30 minutes and back to the same thing until about 12:30 am. Whoever it was decided they would wake up at 4:30 am doing the same thing all over again. They did not take care of the issue and we lost sleep trying to enjoy ourselves on vacation. You pay a refundable deposit, no big deal but are told that the deposit will stay pending and once you check out it will clear, it has fully processed and I will be calling first thing in the morning to get it resolved. There was a cockroach in the bathroom tub which was absolutely disgusting and when you check out, apparently you only hand over your key and walk out but when you get your final receipt it shows you checked out late when I’m sure surveillance cameras will show me handing my keys to the front desk more than 30 minutes prior to check out. I would never recommend staying here and if you do stay on the top floor away from everyone.

Really nice staff but the office hours are limited, the room hadn’t been swept and was full of sand. Definitely a no frills hotel but you get what you pay for.

If you’re looking for a cheap place that’s not to fancy or extraordinary to spend a few nights honestly not to bad the staff is very friendly and helpful but the hallways do have a strange smell to them. Apart from that smell everything was as expected the rooms were simple and clean.

Front desk clerk was very nice upon check-in. Hotel was a bit dirty and had spilled food and liquid on the floor in front of our room door. Took 2 reminders to staff to get the floor mopped. Room needs more comfortable chairs.

CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF STAY HERE!!
My stay with the Extended Stay in Panama/Callaway Florida was absolutely a wonderful experience. First of all it’s CLEAN!!!! Everyone that works there is friendly, helpful and the GM Jenny is AWESOME!! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone, I needed to stay for 2 weeks, it totally met my needs with a stove top, microwave wave and full size fridge in my room plus a laundry in the Hotel!

Charges for Kitchen utensils
Clean convenient. I've stayed at ESA before - this was the first one that had an additional charge for kitchen items. Luckily I'm also camping so I didn't need anything. Also, there are only 2 hard chairs in the room. No comfortable chair to sit. But good if you're on a budget.

I like the fact the room was clean but you didnt see housekeeping all weekend. For such a "new" building, the elevator is shaky & even got stuck, the bed feels like it's going to collapse, the faucet in the tub moves freely and the area around the hotel just seems so unsafe. The office staff seems friendly.

I hate that i have to say this... the room was not great! The check in staff was super nice, but... when we went to our room, the door was open, and the bed was not completely made (almost like they didnt have a blanket and forgot to come back to finish the room) so i had to go back down and let the staff know... they were apologetic and gave us a new room... the room was clean, nothing spectacular... i have a weird complaint... there was half a roll of tp for a two night stay... no extra anywhere! And as an extrended stay, there was nothing in the kitchenette! No dishes, no glasses, nothing to cook with...

This was the worst experience i have ever had I have never rented a room that did not have a coffee pot in it. The room was not clean there was sand all over the floor the was a major bug problem But the worst part is that i told them we were traveling with pets so you think that they would realize that they needed to add a pet deposit. We were out on sunday 12/25 to be locked out of our room this was the most ridiculous outrageous thing After driving for 16 plus hours you don't expect to be treated like this I would not stay here again nor would i recommend it to anyone

Would not recommend
Upon check in I was told that the 2 bed room I paid for was unavailable and I would have to take a 1 bed with a pullout loveseat. Within an hour of that the fire alarm went off and I had to evacuate the building. The bed frame and floor were dirty both had hairs, dust and dirt all over them. I was very unsatisfied with my stay.
