Although the Host was attentive to our needs after contact, the place did NOT meet our minimal expectations or the advertisement.Cons: This is NOT a 2 bedroom unit. It is 1Br and then a bed in a den that had no closet and no drawers for clothing. Three of us (84yo/64yo/61yo) came to visit Panama City for 3rd time. This place was not as advertised. The Hot Water Heater wouldn't stay lit (which concerned us because of Co2); the pots and pan were old,scratched and gross; you only get 1 key to the unit; no doorknob on the inside (hard to open the door); the few towels were old/stained/hard; sheets on the bed had holes in them; no dustpan to sweep up; no closet to hang clothes in the "den"; only 1 TV in whole apartment; and there were roaches EVERYWHERE including the bathrooms, kitchen, the bedroom and the wicker sofa (they crawled on us as we napped).Pros: Owner sent exterminator 3x and sent more towels, location near everything, views were incredible, pool area was nice, unit had 2 bathrooms and there was parking.This appears to be an institutional lessor as most if not all units in bldg are operated as short term rentals. Would never stay here again. Much better options elsewhere. We had to spray down our bags before going home. But Marbella location was great for shopping and eating.
