Located on Avenida Balboa The Sands tower it has a privileged location in the heart of the city, with easy access to some of the best places in the city, if you like to live a healthy lifestyle, Cinta Costera is just a few steps away away, this waterfront park that surrounds the Panama Bay area has a bike lane, as well as places to rent bikes throughout the park, there are dedicated areas for exercise, courts for many different sports, a park for skating and a jogging path or take a nice walk and enjoy the views, if you are interested in learning about the culture and history of Panama, Casco Viejo and the Afro-Antillean Museum are also nearby.

This lovely area is in the heart of Panama city, from here you will have easy access to walk or ride a bike anywhere. Panama city has heavy traffic in the mornings and afternoons, since its the rush hour for workers of several companies located in the same area.

From here you will have access to the main streets and freeways, as well as easy access to places of interest. We recommend the use of the App Waze to track the best possible route in the city.



To ensure a smooth start to your visit, we provide a complimentary set of toiletries upon your arrival. This includes essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. However, please note that these initial supplies are meant to get you started, and once they are depleted, we kindly ask our guests to purchase their own toiletries for the remainder of their stay. Please note for long stays there is an additional cost of $25 per cleaning.
