“The staff was very friendly and helpful which made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable.”

“The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains. The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. Many times she went beyond her call of duty. We have encountered very few Panamanians who...

“Chambre spacieuse ok emplacement excellent ”

“The actual condo was good with great view and was clean, but the outside of the building and amenities need a lot of work. The outside almost looks like an abandoned building. The location is fantastic and an easy walk to Isla Perico. This building could be fantastic if a new owner took over and brought it up to par. Esteban was great and really did his best to make us happy. Very nice condo and would consider it again especially if the outside is fixed.”

“Jim, the host is fantastic. He has a person, Angelica, on sight to help with check in, walk through the property, demonstrate the appliances, and explain the amenities. She even arranged for our transportation from the airport. The property itself has beautiful views and is in a tremendous location. Compared to other places we've VRBO'd, Jim has appointed the place very well, ei., my wife was surprised and happy to find a curling and straightening iron. We are thrilled with our choice to stay...

“This an excellent property. The only comment I have is that there is a ton of construction going on nearby. Other than that, we were almost in the heart of the Old Town. We could walk everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.”

“One of the worst apartments we have ever stayed in. From an apartment with roaches all over, to a dirty unclean place to worn out furniture and bathroom sinks. The location is superb and a lot of good places to eat and a very close great bakery and mini market but this was the end of the praises. We requested more than once for cleaning services and they never showed and there were missing cutlery and utensils. If you are in a limited budget and don’t mind a lack of cleanliness, this could be...

“No remote to turn off one bedroom a/c. (We couldn't use that bedroom., it was too cold), The unit needs some attention. Bare minimum in the kitchen for cooking. We liked that it was roomy and that there was a garage. Pool looked beautiful too.”

“The apartment was OK, BUT there were cockroaches in all the apartment, we called to complain and ask for a refund but they arranged a fumigation next morning, with the fumigation the cockroaches pretty much disappeared, but after around 24 hours we spotted a couple of them again. Very, very disappointed for this situation with the cockroaches.”

“It had roaches, both bathrooms needed to be cleaned. the Air B&B had roaches. We only had one blanket and the fitted sheet on the bed should have been thrown out because of the condition of the sheet. It was not up to my standards as for being cleaned”

“This property was ok. Few stuff was missing like washer and dryer, with a baby, washer was a must. 1/2 elevator was off must of the time, its was frustrating to wait to access to our room at the floor 30 because of the elevator. We where not treat like guests at all. Checking process was long and not professional. The only positive point was a bed for our baby that was provide by staff.”
