“One of the best sunset i have ever seen, just wow. And yes their hospitality is great too. It is siuated inside Kalatop forest area and its in the middle of Dalhousie and Khajjiar.”

“Stay was amazing and rooms were very comfortable with valley view. There was limitation of sunlight around the property as it in opposite direction. Also buffet breakfast has very limited options with respect to amount being paid for including it within the fare. If I know before hand I would haven't opted for the breakfast rather do ala-carte at property itself. ”

Rest is good . Isolated property good view . Also they do not have room phone You need to call the person on mobile . ”

“The location and view from the hotel was breathtaking, local market is just walking distance from the hotel but the best part of hotel was the food my plan was MAP that included breakfast and dinner and the quality of food was finger licking... Coming to another point the staff was very cooperative and specially that guy Sandeep Sharma from room service department was very good, rooms were well versed and clean and perfect, plenty of car parking space... I would love to stay at the same hotel...

“It had paper thin walls with limited privacy. Property is located right in Gandhi Chowk. Thus, it's good for business trips but won't suggest for leisure trips.”

“NEVER,, NEVER AGAIN!!!! The front desk guy said we have to pay extra for kids when we already paid through Expedia,, His manager stated that Expedia policy is different from theirs and when we tried to leave they tried to BLOCK OUR DRIVER with a vehicle of their own. This place NOT a place to take family! Tv not working,, missed the NBA finals game (4). They said they will change the remote, never happened. ”

“The hotel is not on the main road. It has a very steep and narrow downhill approach road and is hard to find. You have to manually turn the geyser switch on 25 mins prior for one hot bucket of water for bath and then wait another 25 mins for the next bucket. Linens, bed sheets, etc. are dirty. Even when they didn't have any other guests staying over, they had apparently run out of blankets on a cold night. A bunch of guys in their late teens manage the hotel. It's very subpar, not recommended...
