Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days before check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

The Nordix townhomes are a new slope-side development on the base of Panorama's Silver Platter chair. This location provides quick access to the 138 mountain trails, and a a short walk to Pano's shopping, dining options & hot pools. Whether you're looking to ski, mountain bike, cross-country ski, or just kick back in the hot pools, Panorama has everything you need to live out your mountain fantasy.


Please note that Panorama Mountain Resort charges a daily resort fee (varies from $15-$35/night based on the size of the unit) to all resort guests. Any/all applicable fees will be included in the booking cost shown during your initial reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot reduce or remove these fees, and each unit in the resort is subject to them as of November 1, 2024.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

8. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

9. For your garbage and recycling, please ensure it is stored inside at all times to avoid attracting wildlife. Prior to departure, please take it to the Panorama Transfer Station on your right-hand side as you are heading back towards Invermere. Please note that there will be a $50 removal fee if garbage is left in the unit, so we recommend bringing it by periodically during your stay to make checkout easier.

Weekend stay

After working through the wrong key code given to us, we found the accommodation clean and enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. It is a small walk up the hill to Panorama pools but manageable.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo to stay in for a weekend of skiing. Chelsey from Aisling was so pleasant to deal with and was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The property is clean, well-managed, and inviting. It’s not the closest to the main lodge or restaurants, but there is a Poma (t-bar) a five minute walk from the condo that they allow you to go up and ski down to the main area from so that you don’t have to make the 15-20 walk with all of your ski gear.

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The townhouse is beautiful and is well stocked with everything we needed. The location is great- not ski out but was easy to ski down the road a bit and a short walk to the townhouse at the end of the day. My 5 and 6 year old handled it no problem. We would definitely stay here again!

Recharge in the mountains

I recently had the most incredible stay at this beautiful condo nestled in the mountains. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning panoramic views of the surrounding nature. The property itself is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern luxury. One of the highlights was definitely the jacuzzi. If you are looking for a peaceful mountain retreat with the added luxury of pools and a jacuzzi, I highly recommend this home.
