“We opted for three nights here after 2 nights at a 5-star in old town Yogyakarta and were delighted the contrast. This was quiet and more personable. The "in-village" experience was pleasant, never obtrusive. Security and comfort were good. Though much was written in other reviews about the noise from the mosques nearby, they did not bother us at all - it was actually a nice sampling of one part of life for most Indonesians and not disturbing of our rest. “I stayed for a week and used this place as my base to explore the sites in and around Yogyakarta. It is conveniently situated for the airport and Borobudur. It is a haven of peace and the views are breathtaking. My room (Royal Stone House) was spacious and well appointed, with a fridge, a kettle and a safe deposit box. The bed was very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to ensure that my stay was perfect. The breakfast selection is great. I would stay again. Recommended.”

“Had a great stay at Omah Ndoro Sugiharti. Everything was smooth, it was clean, fresh and super cosy. They provided ample repellent for insects. I was constantly assured if there was any problems, and was always quickly attended to. Highly recommend and would definitely go again. ”
