“Great hotel. Close to the airport and all the staff are very friendly. The front desk staff were really helpful and kindly us check in early. They even helped us join two separate bookings easily. There is a playground that you can access through the 4th floor. And a very large playground about 5 mins away from the hotel. “I didn’t like the breakfast buffet, it caters to local Malays & Chinese. Also, within walking distance I couldn’t find a good clean restaurant. I liked the fact that they have a shuttle to Queensberry mall, which is a happening place. And the hotel is close to the airport. These facts makes this hotel good value for money.”

“I arrived very late to the property from Kualar Lumpur. The taxi found it a little difficult to find. I was so sorry for the staff member as I woke him oit of sleep as it was about 1.30am in the morning. He still managed to show me everything I needed. Which was so good of him.
