“Let me start with the good points since there are very few : the look of the room - beautiful Now the rest, I’m an experience traveller and experienced in hospitality and I am ensuring that this hotel can charge such a high price or the poor service provided : - we cannot driving ourselves and it’s been impossible to find the hotel : the pin location is not accurate (the hotel is located almost an hour from kandy im the countryside) and there are no sign anywhere to indicate the right...

“Fantastic property and fantastic experience. We have nothing but high praise. Loved the family unit with the tent on top and separate room downstairs for the kids. Here’s a word of warning though regarding getting there….its not an easy ride up from the village on a very narrow very poorly maintained road. Not for the faint hearted. It also takes a good 30 minutes especially if you need to use the tuk tuks to get up.”
