“Stayed here before and I think stayed in the same room because we had the same issues. Shower faucet is set backwards- and has a constant drip. Room temperature does not stay consistent- says 62 but stops at 67. Last day, the gym’s a/c system was set to heat and wasn’t able to change and elevators were down. Not sure if/how they could be connected. Also, didn’t notice it the last couple of time we stayed here but within walking distance is a motel that has some shady transactions going down. ”

“This is a terrible place to stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and the second morning we found a live GERMAN COCKROACH! We took it to the front desk and showed them and the lady at the front desk was immediately questioning us on how it got there. “The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel has a nice courtyard pool area. On a 3-night stay, our room wasn’t cleaned once (and we were never told there wouldn’t be). There are no safes in the rooms. Also, parking became a huge issue at night because several large trucks/trailers took up dozens of spots. The location is very convenient. I definitely would’ve given a better rating if the few issues above hadn’t arisen.”
