Iris Village 2 bedroom apartment located in an elite residential complex with a closed guarded territory, guarded parking, with two large swimming pools connected to each other with a waterfall, a hydro massage and a separate children's pool, with its own garden.

This 2 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet residential area and only a short walk from the picturesque fishing harbor, the beach, the ancient fort and busy restaurant district. Also it is conveniently close to the Old Town of Paphos, where you will find, amongst many other necessities, shops, supermarkets, museums, the library, post office and police station. For shoppers, the King’s Avenue Mall (Cyprus’ biggest shopping mall) is situated only a ten-minute walk away, whereas the sports nuts can enjoy bike rides and jogs along the nearby coastal path. Those lucky enough to have a car can also visit several other points of interest like golf courses, diving sites, wine routes and picturesque villages.

The en-suite master bedroom sports a queen size bed. The other bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds with a dedicated bathroom. The flat has a small veranda that takes you directly to the communal swimming-pool. There is an individual car parking.

Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment. The apartment offers private parking. A high chair and baby cot are available on request. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. There is an electric stove, kettle, fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave. All bedding and towels included. There is free Wi-Fi in the property. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Hot/cold water. The flat screen TV in the living room.

We will send check-in instructions a few days in advance before arrival. We’re available when needed. Also the guest will find the welcome information, general information about the property and things to do in Paphos in the property.

The Iris Modern Apartment is located in the heart of Paphos, just 20 minutes’ walk from the promenade and the main sandy beaches! Enjoy an afternoon walk to the Pafos Harbour, just a 20-minute walk from the apartment and enjoy the majestic colorful sunset next to the Medieval Castle.

Visit the Archaeological Park of Pafos and experience the unique beauty of some of the most superbly preserved mosaics in the world dating from the 3rd and 5th century A.D. The Archaeological Park, a Unesco World Heritage Site, is near the Harbour only a 20-minute walk from the apartment

Tombs of the Kings, the large necropolis lying about two kilometres north of Pafos harbour. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site as the Archaeological Park and the medieval Castle. The underground tombs, many of which date back to the 4th century BC, are carved out of solid rock and are thought to have been the burial sites of Paphitic aristocrats and high officials up to the third century AD. It is located in 10 minutes by car from the apartment. You can also use the closest bus stop located 3 min walk.

Located very close to apartment, you may find the Panayia Chrysopolitissa Church. It was built in the 13th century over the ruins of the largest early Byzantine basilica on the island. Within the compound is St. Paul’s Pillar, where according to legend, Saint Paul was flogged before the Roman governor Sergius Paulus was converted to Christianity. Enjoy the historical beauty of the area and walk in the mythical path of early Christians.

- Residential Etiquette: The villa is located in a residential area and should be treated as a home.

- No Smoking or Pets: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in our properties.

- Waste Disposal: Kindly ensure all garbage is removed from the apartment and placed in the outside bins provided.

- Departure Checklist: Before leaving, please close all windows and return the key to the lockbox.

From Paphos Airport, head towards Paphos , you keep going straight through a small round about and traffic lights (heading towards Yeroskipou village). You will then come to a large roundabout with the large shop Debenhams on the right. At this roundabout take the first exit left. At the next lights you go straight. At the next round about take the 3rd Exit (right) and go straight. At the 2nd set of traffic lights you take a right. Go straight until you pass the “Amazon Kiosk” and then take the next left, then the 2ndt left is entering Iris Village. There is a barrier code to enter the complex. 2507#
Drive straight and as the road bears to the right, you will see block 12 on your right. There is an entrance that has mail boxes on the wall, and in 105, there is a key box and you use key code ........ to get apartment key. You then drive around the block to the right, and there is another entrance to block 12. This is where you enter. To apartment 105.

Please note:
No Smoking and no pets are allowed in our properties.
No parties are allowed in the apartment.
No loud music outside, and no music / loud activities outside after 11pm.
No Confetti and no hanging of decoration is also allowed.
All garbage should be removed from the property and placed in the outside bins provided.
Pleased remember to close all windows on departure and put the key back in box and change the numbers.
