Fabulous Holiday

On arrival to Cyprus Tony Taxi gave us all a very warm welcome, after a slight delay with our flights. The apartment is discribed accurately on Verbo , very clean, comfortable, spacious, home from home. We found little extra’s, cool bag for transporting ice, the water dispenser was very welcome. We spent time in the fabulous pool and garden area, well maintained, a space to make new friends. This is a quiet location, a 20min walk to harbour, with shops quite near for essentials. A good base to explore the island, we did hire a car from Pentaras Rentals, Michael is very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this apartment, definitely book again , Richard (owner) responds to any questions you have prompt friendly manner. Matthews family

Lovely apartment, well located

Stayed at the property for a week in early July. The apartment was clean and very welcoming (the host even left some bread, milk, and bottled water on arrival). It is located in a quiet area and has its own parking space. The pool was lovely and very often had it to ourselves. We hired a car, so it was easy to get around. There are some good restaurants in the vicinity (Pambis) within easy reach, although the area is not so well lit at night. The one thing we would have liked was a bit more water pressure in the showers, which is certainly not something that would deter us from considering the property if we were to visit Paphos again.

Fantastic stay

The property is amazing 2 large balconies all the rooms are big on arrival we were met by Gabriela who was very friendly and helpful the apartment was clean plenty of spare linen and towels. It is about 20 minutes to bars and restaurants we hired a car for days out plenty of parking at the property we will definitely recommend to friends and family an looking forward to returning

This was our first VRBO experience and we had a very clean and comfortable stay. The outside space is unbeatable, always somewhere in the sun or shade, 6 comfortable sun-loungers which we took some down to the pool some days, borrowed the owners lilos and had the pool to ourselves sometimes. It is definitely a place we would like to return to and we found it very homely and had everything we needed. We also found the bus stop just down the road, 2 little shops and loved the Pambis Diner, within staggering distance.There have been some improvements to the apartment since we booked it, all the dark wood doors and cupboards have been painted grey, a big new parasol and there’s a new fridge freezer, I’m sure the owner will update the website soon. The host emailed us to check everything was ok after a couple of days. Tony the taxi is brilliant, he collected us from the airport and gave us the keys for the apartment straightaway, he also took and collected us from many places, he never says no! We just can’t decide when and how long we want to come back for next time.

A spacious place to relax and unwind.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and very clean. It is in an excellent location with two mini stores and a very good restaurant within a short walk. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the harbour where there are many restaurants and other attractions.

Super comfy, quiet and well-equipped apartment

Great communication with Richard. Convenient check-in, Richard share contact for trusted taxi driver Tony. Apartment was spotless. In fridge we found some eggs, bread and water, it was very helpful as we arrived late at night. Kitchen is fully equipped, including tea, coffee, sugar and seasonings. Very comfortable beds. Apartment is very comfortable and specious. Richard equipped it to make your stay convenient and relax. Swimming pool is great and in apartment you will find sun chairs, pool toys and towels.

A beautiful spacious penthouse apartment with balconies front and rear. The property was spotlessly clean and had all appliances and gadgets to make it a real home from home. Milk, bread etc. were provided which we appreciated as we arrived late night. The complex and neighbourhood are quiet and the pool is clean and welcome on hot days. Gabrielle met us and showed us around and Richard was contactable throughout. There is a good welcome pack with all the information you need including some good restaurant recommendations. The Pambis Diner is worth a visit with live dancing, only 5 minutes walk away, and the main resort is a further 20 minute walk. Thanks Richard for a wonderful holiday.

Excellent!

We are just home from 2 weeks staying at this lovely penthouse. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The penthouse was extremely spacious. It was in a good location. Our son was very happy with the water cooler! The pool was lovely and very quiet. The other residents on the complex were really nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

Paphos Sunny Apartment

The apartment was very clean with plenty of spare bedding and towels if required. A folder is provided with all the information regarding instructions for Wi-Fi, air conditioning etc. The welcome pack along with the provision of some essentials like toilet paper and soap was appreciated particularly after a delayed flight. Richard was readily available via for any issues and sorted out a problem with one of the small appliances same day. Richard also recommended ‘Tony the Taxi’ and provided booking details, a very pleasant gentleman who waited in the early hours of the morning at the airport to greet us. Both balconies were utilised and very pleasant to sit out on to enjoy breakfast. The complex was very quiet in both day and nighttime. We did not hire a car but the apartment is located close to 5 mini supermarkets within a 10 min walk though the prices were fairly high compared to the main supermarkets about 30 min walk away. The shopping mall and harbour was also about a 30 min walk away with taxis readily available for the return if required at 12 euros. All in all a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Spacious and light-filled

The flat is spacious, light-filled, quiet, and comfortable. Working shutters and drapes allow for natural light and air (our visit was in March, so we did not use the AC). Plenty of linens, off-street parking, and an easy drive to the sights near the harbor, where there is a free municipal parking lot. Only suggestion: a welcome sheet with the names of nearby stores and restaurants and instructions for using the TV.

Nice property within walking distance of the harbour.

Travelled as family of five, the property has plenty of lounging space both inside the apartment and on two balconies. The balconies are big enough for BBQ and sun loungers. They are also on the front and back of the property which means one side has shade and the other is in the sunshine whatever time of the day. There two small shops and two restaurants without 5 minutes walk. The harbour is about 20 minutes walk. The water park is about 6 miles away .
