La villa è molto spaziosa e ariosa con le grandi stanze e le grandi porte scorrevoli apribili. La villa si trova su un grande appezzamento con un grande giardino paesaggistico aperto che dà privacy alla villa e non ha vicini immediati. Grande villa isolata con due camere da letto con vista panoramica sull'oceano e tramonti meravigliosi. Piscina a sfioro di nuova costruzione di 10 m, padiglione area barbecue e giardini paesaggistici. Situato vicino alla robusta area delle "Grotte marine", a soli 10 minuti di auto da Coral Bay. La casa è completamente progettata per sfruttare la sua posizione spettacolare. L'ingresso principale si trova al centro della casa con due camere da letto al piano terra, ognuna con bagno privato in famiglia, proveniente da un corridoio centrale. Le camere da letto sono luminose e ariose, con i nuovi condizionatori di alta gamma installati di recente e dispongono di nuovi letti king size che possono essere convertiti in due letti singoli. La scala ampia conduce alla spaziosa cucina / sala da pranzo con aria condizionata a pianta aperta. Qui troverete una macchina da caffè, lavastoviglie, forno / piano cottura, forno a microonde, due congelatori per frigorifero e armadi ben attrezzati contenenti tutti gli utensili, pentole e un servizio completo per la cena. Sono inoltre disponibili un tavolo da pranzo e sedie, con frigo bar, macchina per il raffreddamento dell'acqua potabile. La sala da pranzo conduce sul ponte superiore. Questa zona ha posti a sedere moderni con barbecue a gas e una pergola automatizzata per prendere il sole o ombra completa. Dietro la hall, il salone ha un divano a forma di L, una TV LED da 55 ", un ricevitore digitale multicanale, un sistema musicale Sonos, un lettore DVD ed è completamente climatizzato. Il salone ha un caminetto per le falene fredde di Ross e una stufa a gas mobile. Tutti i condizionatori hanno anche il riscaldamento. Tutte le stanze della casa sono dotate di porte scorrevoli in vetro per sfruttare le viste panoramiche sul Mar Mediterraneo.

2nd stay at this great villa

We loved the upgraded windows, shutters and glass surrounding the top veranda. Villa behind still isn’t complete but there was no work going on when we there. We hired a car for the 2 weeks so had a few days out but spent most days just lazing round the pool. We walked down to the 3 local restaurants for lunches and a few evening meals, all lovely. Last time our favourite was Nature but this time we liked Sea Caves Tavern. Villa is in a great location to walk to good restaurants but a car is handy for shopping (although Phillipos do deliver) and for days out.

From the moment we arrived at Villa Jason, it was clear this was no ordinary holiday rental! Every moment spent here was truly unforgettable.The villa itself was immaculate. Spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated, it balanced luxury with the warmth of a home, with floor-to-ceiling windows framed panoramic views of the Mediterranean.What truly sets this villa apart is the outdoor space. The infinity pool seemed to blend into the sea, and the BBQ area was fully equipped and ideal for al fresco dining under the stars.Location-wise, the villa is perfectly positioned. Just a short drive from Coral Bay’s sandy beaches, shops and charming tavernas, and only 25 minutes from Paphos with a beautiful harbour and an awesome Waterpark. A rental car would be advisable so you can explore what the island has on offer.The hosts were equally impressive—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay perfect. From local tips to a welcome basket of fruit and wine, they went above and beyond.In short, this villa is the kind of place you dream of returning to before you've even left. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat, a family escape, or a peaceful getaway with friends, this villa in Pegeia is the ultimate destination. We can’t wait to come back!

Great return visit although not as peaceful as previously

This was our second visit to Villa Jason, with the first back in September 2019. One of the main aspects for returning was the peace and quiet afforded by the villa location. It was really nice to see the further improvements to the villa (refitted bathrooms, kitchen, etc). The pool area was just as great. Jason is very prompt with responses to questions and sorting any problems with the property. One change though was how many new villas in the area are in the midst of being built and new sites for sale. A villa is also being constructed in the field adjacent to the rear of Villa Jason; the land abuts and the villa is about 50 metres away and can be seen from the pool area. There was construction work ongoing most days at the adjacent villa. Most of the time it was low level noise that did not bother us. However we did have four days of noise from large earth moving machinery that was loud and annoying for us. This typically lasted for about 6 hours a day, starting from just before 8 am and on occasion finishing at about 4 pm. The Villa Jason and its views really are great, as is the prompt response from the owner to sort any problems. Clearly though any noise from the adjacent construction is outside of the owners control, for which peace and quiet may or may note be an issue depending on your tolerance. I hope it remains quiet for other guests.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Jason - the villa was brilliant - the outside space was marvellous and the views were great. It is in a lovely area and walking distance to 3 great restaurants. We had a couple of minor issues but they were soon sorted out by Jason. We Will seriously consider going again next year.

Wonderful Stay in villa Jason … great communication with Jason the owner … the villa is modern & finished to a very high spec .. loved the concept of the bedrooms downstairs and kitchen and living room upstairs .. the sunset views you get from here are stunning …a car is a must but only a few mins drive to local restaurants and bars .. yes they are building just behind the villa but this doesn’t effect your stay here … if your looking for a tranquil beautiful villa in the heart of sea caves this is a must for you 😊

Fantastic Villa

We stayed for 14 nights in September 2023, Myself and my wife plus 3 adult children all enjoyed a fabulous holiday at Villa Jason. The Villa has the most perfect uninterrupted views of the Sea Caves and Mediterranean. It's perfectly located with excellent Tavernas and walks along the Sea Caves coastline. The facilities of the Villa are excellent with everything you need for the perfect holiday. The host Jason was always a pleasure to contact and provided any assistance we required. Would 100% recommend to anyone seeking the perfect holiday in the sun😎

Fabulous holiday in fantastic villa

On arrival actually seeing the villa from both the outside pool area & inside the site pictures Are totally accurate villa very spacious, bedrooms on ground floor brilliant. All amenities are truly exceptional, we loved the area, however a new villa construction behind the villa meant heavy equipment in use, but this overall did not impact our holiday. We would definitely recommend your villa to family & friends, Jason really helpful

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Villa Jason entsprach jeder Beschreibung der Objektunterlagen. Toller Ausblick in ruhiger Lage. Mietwagen Pflicht. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, einzig die Spülmaschiene reinigte nicht mehr 100% ( evt verkalkt ). Tavernen in der Nähe. Einkaufen kann man sehr gut im Philippos Supermarkt ca. 5km an der E701, Super Auswahl und günstiger als Lidl. Hinweis: 1 Reisestecker ist ratsam. Wir werden das Haus wieder mieten.

Fantastic Villa!

We loved our stay at Villa Jason. We were a party of 4. Me and my partner and our 24 year old daughter and her boyfriend. We did hire a car but really only used it to get to and from the airport, for supermarket trips and occasional days out. It was not a necessity. There were 4 restaurants within walking distance, 3 of them about a 10 minute walk (Sea Caves Tavern, Nature and Sentiero by the Sea - Nature was our favourite but our daughter preferred the other 2!) and Oniro by the Sea a bit further at 30 minutes (we all liked this but didn't get to go back again as we couldn't get a table on the weekend before we left). However, all 4 were good. My partner and I mostly stayed around the villa, either by the pool or up on the balcony off the kitchen. We did not use the lounge at all! The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge. Beds were comfy. Some reviews mentioned water pressure. We had no issues at all. Nor do we have any issues with the power. The kitchen is very well equipped. Sonos in the kitchen was a nice extra although we were unable to connect to the speakers by the pool but it wasn't something that bothered us. The position of the villa, on the hillside up from the sea, meant that we had a welcome breeze. Views from the pool and the balcony were spectacular, as were the sunsets. I would recommend Villa Jason to anyone that wants a relaxing holiday base in a luxury villa, but which is still convenient for restaurants, supermarkets, nightlife etc. My daughter and her boyfriend went out in Coral Bay several times. We used Coral Bay taxis. They were very good. Cost was 12 euros each way. We have stayed in villas between Paphos and Coral Bay before but we preferred the Sea Caves area and this was the best villa we have stayed in. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

This is our 3rd stay at Villa Jason and is truly our favourite villa in Paphos / Coral Bay. It was our first visit since the refurbishment of the bathrooms and kitchen and wow what a difference. When you step in to the villa and pool area it is like paradise and allows us to totally relax. Ideally located for the sea caves, beach bars and restaurants. Can’t wait to return in August. Only gripe was the shower drain needs cleaning out as it caused the bathroom to flood but this is a minor gripe and one that would not ruin a perfect break.

I have advised the owner already of most of the issues but to recap: 1) Enormous Spider found in a bedroom on arrival. had to call the cleaners. 2) Electronic Gates open and broken for the entire of stay, so reducing security. 3) Replacement TV with no instructions on how to use it. UK TV availability not good. Rats nest of wires and extension leads very dangerous. 4) Few waste paper baskets. 5) Pool edge gets birds defacarting on it and goig in the water all the time. 6) We were without water for a whole day until the cleaner came and he managed to fix it. Two days later the Water Softener engineer came back and complete re piped the installation. 7) New bathrooms are lovely. bit there is nowhere to put bottles of shampoo and wash in the shower cubicles. You need to install some shower baskets on the walls. 8) Sliding windows don't fit properly any more and are very difficult to lock. They really need repairing or replacing and the runners need spraying with Teflon lubricant to make them slide easier. 9) The bath towels need either drying properly or need tumble drying with a scented sheet as they smell awful as though they are musty. It wouldn't take much to make this a really lovely place to stay, but as much as we can see improvements since 2017 these is still a lot to do. Regards, Martin.
