Villa con vista sul mare e piscina privata

La struttura dispone di 3 camere matrimoniali, 2 bagni e una cucina moderna. La sala da pranzo è inoltre completamente attrezzata con un tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone e l'area salotto ha divani in pelle e TV a schermo piatto con satellite inglese, una selezione di DVD. L'esterno della proprietà ha una piscina privata 8 x 4 m con 6 sedie a sdraio, comodini e ombrellone di grandi dimensioni anche c'è un tavolo da pranzo esterno e zona barbecue. I giardini sono completamente paesaggistici e si affacciano sulla zona verde. La proprietà è molto vicino a tutti i servizi locali, ma rimane tranquilla, una macchina non è essenziale in quanto tutto è a pochi minuti a piedi. Il trasporto locale è a due passi e molto efficiente e può essere utile se si desidera esplorare l'area locale.

A Peaceful Gem Near Coral BayAfter several October villa holidays near Coral Bay Strip, Villa Lucas stands out as our favourite. Tucked at the end of a quiet side road, it offers peace and privacy without sacrificing convenience - a short walk to shops, bars, and restaurants.The villa’s standout feature is its stunning balcony, ideal for morning tea or sunset drinks. With views stretching south to the sea, north to the mountains, and west to the sunset, it’s a serene spot to relax. The villa was spotless, with a well-maintained pool and shaded patio ideal for outdoor dining. We appreciated the blackout blinds, fast hot water, and Wi-Fi throughout – not something we’ve found in every villa.The kitchen is somewhat smaller than others, now with a compact dishwasher. While the villa suits four guests comfortably, it’s less ideal for six due to limited seating and sunbeds. The barbecue is a test of improvisation skills as it has no charcoal grid.A few small improvements—like towel rails, coat hooks, and updated appliance instructions, especially the French microwave, would help. TV setup was tricky as it uses a UK Fire stick and needed a helpful call from Andy, the owner, after the managing agents were unable to help. His personal check-in before our trip was a lovely touch. Andy, the local managing agent, was quick to help with minor issues.Overall, Villa Lucas delivered a relaxing, comfortable stay with thoughtful touches and unbeatable views. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at this villa. It’s quiet & private, in a great location for the main strip close to bars & restaurants and easy access via bus down into Paphos and wider. Comfortable seating both inside and outside and cushions for the outside furniture (as opposed to cheap white plastic furniture). The upstairs balcony was amazing and again comfortable seating we sat there every evening. There is some noise from the strip. Great views. Wonderful heady jasmine bush near the pool. Pool a good size. Also nice touch to have a courtesy call from owner before travel and to have their number in case of any difficulty. Some of the villa instructions do need to be updated e.g we spent 30 minutes on our last day trying to find the key safe to leave the keys in as per the instructions (not having been told any different by the management company on check in) only to be told there wasn't one. I’d suggest not using the taxi company recommended by the management company it cost us 60 euros from the airport we went back for 45 with a different company. There is only one brolly round the pool so hard to get shade as it is in a fixed position. Some of the crockery could have been cleaner. We put it through the dishwasher before use so not a problem for us. Things we would have preferred to find at a villa at this cost point would have been a bottle of water on arrival, an extra bin bag, some hand soap, extra hand towels. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely reccomend.

The villa is in a great location. Only a short walk to the local restaurants and shops. It seems to be one of the very few that have a pool at the back of the property which gives you great privacy. The villa is immaculate clean with the management team on hand at all times, they greet you on arrival to show you around the property and answer any questions. The owner also called us before we left home to introduce himself which was a lovely touch and made you feel like you were being looked after. The villa was equipped with everything you’ll need although it does state that they provide towels but take your own as the ones provided are very threadbare (I ended up buying a couple at the local supermarket)Only reason for not giving an overall of 5* was the mattress in the main room. By the end of the week we could feel every spring!!Apart from the mattress I would definitely recommend please stay at this property.

Stayed for a week in April. Was met at the property and was shown all the facilities- which was helpful.Villa is at the end of a cul-de-sac so is quiet with no through traffic. It was very clean and spacious- having everything you would need even down to board games and books!The pool and outside space is beautiful and even has its own parking space and washing line ( no dirty clothes to take home). Villa is not overlooked so we had peace and quiet.Restaurants, bars and supermarkets in Coral Bay Avenue which is a few minutes walk away - the ones we liked were Othellos for breakfast - the owner was a lovely lady and also went in Seriani and Dionysus - good for drinks and service - staff great.There is also a car hire place and Robert’s taxis- we used both.Would highly recommend this villa - has everything you need.

We have just returned after a fab week at Villa Lucas. Great communication from owner Andy before our trip. Lovely welcome on arrival from Andy PPL property management. He took his time to explain everything and offer lots of helpful tips, despite us arriving late evening. The villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable and spacious. Excellent location for the bars and restaurants on Coral Bay strip and easy walk to the beach. Andy from PPS recommended Laourou Beach over coral bay. Great beach and excellent for snorkelling. Plenty of excellent restaurants. Our particular favourites were Les Amis, Phidias tavern and Corallo. This was our first visit to Cyprus but won’t be our last. We can highly recommend Villa Lucas.

Well located villa in quiet area 8 minutes walk to restaurants/bars.

Well situated villa near amenities adequate for 4 adults although 6 would struggle for space. Smaller than expected especially around the pool area for positioning loungers. Clean on arrival and an easy to follow check in process although you do need a roaming mobile using WhatsApp to telephone the management company to inform them of your arrival time when in Cyprus. Beds were comfy although only one pillow per person we found insufficient for all our needs. We do expect 2 as standard. Linen on beds was not ironed which is a shame as it’s a small touch that makes a big difference. Blinds to bedroom windows are great for blocking out early morning light. Lack of towels provided, we feel one hand towel between 2 not adequate but did receive a small bath towel each. Kitchen area ample with good sized fridge freezer. TV with internet which worked fine. Some building work with adjacent villa made for some early starts. Host was very helpful when approached and we received a courtesy phone call before our stay which is a nice touch. Overall as 4 adults we enjoyed our stay.

Coral Bay Break

Wonderful apartment with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The apartment is well appointed with excellent ac , then outside a wonderfully maintained pool and outside area for relaxing. Coral Bay has all the additional amenities you might need in an easily walkable distance with good public transport. Communications with the owner Andy and the property managers was easy and efficient and we had a fabulous 9 day stay.

Lovely property in a great location for the Coral Bay strip. Very clean, good facilities including lots of TV channels, pool/beach towels etc. Very nice pool area with beds and a nice outdoor but covered seating area. Good airconditioning. Small but everything you need in the kitchen. Comfy beds. Good information pack. Only suggestions would be a welcome pack for those arriving late (would have been good to have some milk, bread etc as was provided at the second villa we stayed at).

Lovely villa, great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the strip with plenty of highly rated restaurants. Tucked away at the end of a cul de sac, so nice and private and not overlooked. Ticked all boxes for us. Previous reviews mentioned no dishwasher, there is now. We plan to go back : )

Great Villa

We had a lovely week and the owner and local Manager was very responsive to any query. Coral Bay strip still has work going on to pedestrianise it which was a shame but not in any way the fault of the owner. They are cracking on with it and the restaurants are still mostly open. Will look fantastic when it is finished which shouldn’t be long. The Villa is easy walking distance to it all so there will be plenty to do with no worries of having to drive.

Great location

The villa was exactly as expected from the online advertising and reviews. It was clean and comfortable with a lovely pool area, towels and beach towels where provided, the only downside was that there was no dishwasher which made the perfect excuse to eat out every day! The location was brilliant, at the end of a very quiet road, if you cut across on the right hand side of the road when you leave the villa you will get to the pathway which runs along the back of the villa which leads you directly to the strip, only a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars you would need. You can walk to Coral Bay beach which is lovely would take about 10-15 mins to walk there or you can catch the bus for 1.5€ and it will take you to Corallia beach which we preferred. As for restaurant recommendations, please make sure you try les Amis, Samisen Japanese restaurant and Andria steak and seafood, all very good restaurants to visit in the evening, for brunch / lunch do not miss going to Othello’s. If you want to travel a little bit head up to Tala and eat at Melitzia Taverna. We hired a car for 3 days from the car hire shop at the end of the road from the villa, very reasonable. We headed to latchi harbour which was beautiful, so worth hiring your own boat from here and visiting the blue lagoon! The sun set bars are definitely worth a visit. All in all a great villa and location, you wouldn’t need a car if you didn’t want to. Definitely worth booking for a lovely chilled holiday.

Fantastic honeymoon

We have stayed in Coral Bay before but not at this property. Andy was fantastic and really quick to respond to any queries we had. The villa was beautiful, with a balcony with a partial view of the ocean. The rear of the property was very private too, differing to a lot of the other villas as they have their pools at the front. This was great for relaxing evenings by the pool. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing villa in fantastic location

What an amazing place to spend a holiday. The Villa is superb and we’ll defiantly be staying again. In an amazing location with everything needed within walking distance as well as easily accessible to the major roads of Cyprus. The pool and terrace are to die for. The upstairs terrace is a great place to get away from family for a nice beer.😉. The management agency are excellent and nothing was too much trouble. You’ll have an amazing time if you stay.

Lovely villa and great location

Lovely villa in a great location. Quiet cul-de-sac but within 5/10 minutes easy walk to main Coral Bay street with lots of great restaurants and bars. Taxi from airport arranged by property managers. If you’re happy to relax around the lovely pool area and eat locally you don’t need a car but we hired one from place at end of the road. It was mainly to visit relatives but also to visit Latchi and Pissouri - favourite places of ours. Just 4 of us at villa so everything we could need - so peaceful. The large upstairs balcony was amazing particularly with (we assume) fairly new replacement glass surround so amazing view of the sea and sunsets. Looks like loads of public transport so easy to get around. Large supermarket offers free delivery so just perfect for us. There was also an ice cream van calling every afternoon! Easy booking and good contact from the owner - all highly recommended!
