“Morning breakfast lady, very helpful.. Said where to pick up park drive, into city.. I had light breakfast..only. Room small but nice. Top floor. No lift. I am 83, hazard getting case up there.. No help. Grounds looked great. Idea place for city..and M11. Grandchester, next juc 12 nice pubs for meals. Enjoyed my trip”

“The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. The SPA was superb and offered the best...
