“Room was just what we needed after a long week of traveling the parks. Lots of food options nearby, Walmart conveniently nearby. Easy parking, at no point did we struggle to find a spot. Joseph at the front desk was a great guy, was super friendly and nice to chat with, and seemed like he was genuinely trying to have a nice conversation rather than just normal employee service, good man. Good amenities, good bed, the pillows were very standout to me, perfect amount of plush/firmness. The tea was...

“Clean and spacious room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. Decent breakfast for an American hotel. We ate dinner at the Sierra Nevada Brewery Restaurant.”

“When we checked in, our bath tub looked like someone had just showered after working on a diesel engine. They said it was the "hard water" in Chico and sent someone to clean it. It looked better but not great. They did give us two complimentary breakfast coupons for the dirty bathroom which I found nice, especially since we didn't ask.”
