“Booked last minute - best pool in the area but sun beds were limited. Some were damaged, not fit for purpose. Some umbrellas were broken. Pool bar was open if you could catch him.... Nice on arrival that you are taken to your room but dont expect anything else. Had ground floor room which was clean. Beds were made but no sign of mopping until day before Wall next to sink had not been cleaned before i stayed & was not done in time i was there. No plugs in sink or bath. Original bath had been...

“Room was really clean, recently renovated and felt fresh. The staff were excellent—polite, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Small touches like waiters offering to carry drinks to your table made a difference. The entertainment team were fun and engaging for both kids and adults. Raj the doorman deserves a special mention—he’s hilarious and brilliant with children. Even though we didn’t travel with younger kids, it’s clear this hotel is very family-friendly. “Booked for a week, left within 24hrs, others were also doing the same whilst we were checking out, all with hygiene, health & safety and noise complaints. Room initially looked big, floor clean & just dated, had no crockery pans etc to cook with but someone did bring to room couple hours later. Then found creatures in the bed, which made us pull sheets off & found disgustingly stained mattresses, pillows stained, someone let themselves in room whilst we were in bed at night, balcony was filthy,...
