EXCELLENT(BUT)
Thank you My Exclusive Villa's for our wonderful apartment for our 16 night stay and a particular thanks to Victoria who was on hand to answer any issues for us.The apartment when we arrived was of the highest standard and we aimed to leave it in the same condition as found.It has everything you could possibly need for your stay,inc a mind boggling selection of channels and media/movies on the tv.The aircon works perfectly and we switched it off when going out because if you leave the blinds down,the apartment stays super cool for your return.Our only negatives for this complex(am sure not a fault)of My Exclusive Villa is the pool area and the access to apartment.The pool and grass area is excellent but is really let down by only 3 umbrellas and very tired(and broken)sunbeds.This area could be so inviting but unfortunately we did not use very much.We would probably used for most of the holiday to be honest.The other is the access to get to the apartment is ok in the daytime,but at night it is very dark because you have to go through the underground garages to access the lift.Again I do not feel that this is My Exclusive villa's fault but I do feel that the buildings owners need to address these issues.We would not return to this complex based upon the above but would have no hesitation in availing of My Exclusive Villa in the future,and once again,Thank you Victoria
