A lovely 2-bedroom apartment with well-thought decoration, in a quiet area of Kapparis, featuring a covered car park and its own private Veranda. A perfect place for groups of up to 6 people seeking relaxation and quiet in an area close to the beach!
Despite the property being located in a quiet area with no passing cars, within a 4-minute drive or 18 minutes walk you find yourself on Kappari’s main road! From there you have access to beautiful sandy beaches restaurants, cafes and everything that this beautiful town has to offer.
As you enter the apartment on your right-hand side you will find the bedroom and bathroom area, consisting of two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Both bedrooms have double beds, air conditioning to keep you cool during the hot sunny days, and large wardrobes to store your belongings. Additionally, the main bedroom has a desk so that you can do your work if that is what you fancy.
In the bathroom, you will find a basin, a toilet, and a bathtub.
On the other side of the entrance, you will find the living area where you will first come upon the fully equipped kitchen, the perfect place to prepare your meals! It's even equipped with a Nespresso machine to prepare quality coffee that will boost your energy any time of the day. Right across the kitchen, you will find the large dining table where you can sit and enjoy your freshly cooked meals with your family and friends!
In the same area, you will find the living room, featuring two sofa beds and a large smart TV! If you want to just chill and watch a movie this is the perfect place to do it!
Heading outside, you will find yourself in the best area of the apartment. Its large veranda. Here you will find a large table covered with an umbrella, a good place to sit and relax and enjoy your drink! On the veranda, you will also find a hammock and 2 sunbeds, where you can simply lay back and relax, a bbq where you can prepare delicious meals, and a ping pong where you can have a few games with your group and stay active!

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!
EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS •If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.
• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.
• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair

ELECTRICITY IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice: We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits:
