Welcome to Villa Van Gogh, a beautiful four-bedroom home tucked away in a safe, gated neighborhood in the heart of Pernera. This modern getaway is perfectly placed just a short walk from sandy beaches, local shops, and lovely restaurants, giving you the best of the coast right at your doorstep.

The house has a wonderful, artistic feel with romantic Klimt paintings and stylish decor throughout. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright kitchen and dining area that opens up to the pool through big glass doors. The living room is a great spot to hang out, featuring comfy sofas and a great sound system for your favorite movies or music. There is also a handy downstairs bedroom and a guest bathroom on this level.

Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms. One has its own private bathroom, while the others share a large family bathroom. If you love a good view, you’ll enjoy the two small balconies—they are the perfect spot to sit with a drink and watch the sunset. The beds are very flexible, making it easy to accommodate everyone from couples to kids, with options for double beds, singles, and even bunks.

The backyard is all about fun and relaxation. You can spend your days by the private pool, lounge in the hammock, or relax in the brand-new inflatable hot tub available upon request. We’ve made sure the patio is fully stocked with sunbeds and plenty of seating for outdoor meals. If you are bringing the little ones, we can set up a trampoline and toys to keep them busy; if you’re traveling as an adults-only group, we can easily clear those away for a sleeker look.

Large group: We offer a total of 4 villas in this same complex that makes it the perfect choice for large group up to 42 guests. Please contact us for more.

Bedroom 3 is now fitted with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed (with 3 floors/3 single beds).
Bedroom 4 is now fitted with 2 single beds (can be connected to become 1 Queen Size Bed) and 1 bunk bed.
