Villa Olivine Pearl 6 is a 4-bedroom villa just a few minutes walk from the popular resort areas of Protaras and Pernera. The nearest beach, bars, and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away. This villa is fully equipped with contemporary furniture and fittings for your comfort and relaxation.

As you enter the villa, you will find an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels, and free WI-FI connection. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the generous landscaped private garden and pool/BBQ/kitchen area outside. There is also a twin bedroom with garden access and a separate bathroom on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining stylish three bedrooms, two have twin beds and the master has an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms on this floor have patio doors leading onto the large balcony where you can take in the lovely sea views. There is also a main bathroom on this floor with a shower and WC. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and bedside cabinets.

Up on the third level, you will find a stunning roof garden with a built-in kitchen area and covered seating so you can unwind and take in the beautiful sunset.

Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen for cooking al fresco, and a covered area with comfortable outside sofas, and sun loungers alongside the large private pool.
