🔹 Maintenance and Cleaning
✅ Tenants are responsible for cleaning the kitchen:
Dishes washed and put away
Microwave and oven cleaned
Refrigerator emptied and cleaned
Grill cleaned

🔹 Any damaged equipment will be deducted from the security deposit.
🔹 Any violation of the house rules will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
🔹 Please remove the sheets before leaving the accommodation
