Hotel vicino a Parco Acquatico Cowabunga Bay - Las Vegas

“Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly. We got a room that said accessibility and understood that to mean a handicap room. When we asked for a shower chair, they said they only had two on the property and they were being used. They said the accessibility room that we had was for Hearing impaired. Our room faced a industrial complex. which began moving equipment and making tremendous amount of noise early in the morning. Other than those issues,...

“Some properties are worn out. Some properties are dirty. This is both. Marriott has failed in oversight. Marriott as a brand is what I would select with the expectation that an acceptable level of cleanliness would be provided. Too many recent (last 2-3 years) disappointments. I can not rely on Marriott. Going forward, Marriott can not rely on me as a customer”

“No pots or pans in the kitchenette. That was disappointing as today kitchenette did have hobs etc. Otherwise very good stay.”

“The concierge & Bar was the best part of the stay. One of the beds in my room had dried up blood on mattress & pillows housekeeping was not the best to communicate with about my concerns had to ask 2 days in a row to get the bed cleaned. Other than the bed, Property can use some love & care one elevator was in service. Downstairs reeked of sewer, & Mosquitoes were flying everywhere down in the lobby.”
