Marriott as a brand is what I would select with the expectation that an acceptable level of cleanliness would be provided. Too many recent (last 2-3 years) disappointments. I can not rely on Marriott. Going forward, Marriott can not rely on me as a customer”

“When we arrived, Genesis was so friendly and helpful. She mse us feek welcomed. THe room was perfect and very comfortable. The driver for the Airport shuttle was very friendly. He got us to the airport safely and on time.”

“No pots or pans in the kitchenette. That was disappointing as today kitchenette did have hobs etc. Otherwise very good stay.”
