“Arrived late but waited 5 min for staff to let us in from outside. Window in room was open so room was infested with flying insects. AC would not shut off so had to unplug. Unusually poor lighting in room. The only negative experience we’ve ever had in a Hampton Inn. ”

“I had booked two queen room and recieved a one king and pull out couch room, when called front desk I was told this was an “upgrade” and all two queen rooms were sold out even though I had paid for two queen rooms and if I knew I couldn’t get one at the hotel I wouldn’t have stayed there. I made it work with no other option but upset. Other complaints include fan not working and shower slow draining. Overall upset by the room I received when it was different than what I paid. “Room renovated and spacious but had a hint of cigarette smoke. Overall the room was clean but noticed some crumbs here and there. Refrigerator a little noisy and needed defrosting. Bed was ok but a little lumpy. Complimentary breakfast for 2 is made or order and was sufficient. Good hotel at the price we booked it for. ”

“No one cleaned my room during my 3 night stay The last night I went to the front desk and requested towels cups and coffee pods No apology or explanation The gym was across the hall from my room open until midnight someone was dropping weights at 10:30 or 11:00 at night so loud shook the floor ”

“El servicio con el Chofer fue muy malo y falta de respeto perdi mi vuelo por que se nego a llevarme al Haereopuerto cuando yo en la lista estataba de primero y mis hijos no kiso montar mi mascota y yo escoji ese Hotel por que hable sobre mi llevada al haereopuerto es un mal educado y perdi mi vuelo tube que salir 3 oras después deven de distituirlo y le encanta la propina lo bi en el garreopuerro como se la entregan ”

“This property was perfect for our needs. We took day trips to places in California, Arizona and Nevada, excellent location from the Strip, not too close, not too far. Nice and close to the Airport, Awesome Staff, very nice facilitiy.”

“My daughter, mother and I shared a 2 queen bed suite when we came to town for a sports event at Lee’s Family Forum. Check in staff was amazing, pool was clean and seating was comfy. Rooms were very clean, but air conditioning in our room was broken. We called maintenance every day and were reassured that it was fixed-it was not. ”
