“Only one type of communication is through WhatsApp messages. Very hard to solve the problem. I’m trying to get my deposit refund but after a month, I’ve been trying to contact, still don’t get any answer. ”

“Hotel bellissimo, nuovo, pulitissimo, staff preparato e gentile. Tutto perfetto.”

The staff seemed nice enough in person but even Expedia couldn’t get through to them in the phone when I asked for help to confirm whether reception closed ...
