“The location was increidble--my boyfriend and I were able to walk to all of the Short North main areas. It was our first time visiting Columbus, so this was a great place for us to stay. The place itself was very comfortable and cozy and had all of the amentiites of a hotel, but in a much cuter space. The customer support was also great at the Jungle House. They supported me with some questions I had and were very responsive via text. I'd definitely stay here again. ”

“The room was clean and fresh! The stuff was extremely helpful and kind! We were there for a big event, and they offered us shuttle from the hotel to the Convention Center to drop us off and to pick us up, I think that was a great help! Besides that they let us stay extra time for check out since our flight was around 4. The area was quiet and clean. In general we were very pleased. ”

“Been staying here for years. It was definitely nicer and more attention to details before it became a Hilton property, but still our top choice in downtown Columbus. Great location. Rooms are small but nicely decorated. ”
