“I liked that the hotel was quite large with an in house restaurant & coffee shop. However the room was half updated. The beds were updated but the dresser and I guess what was considered the closet was old & peeling. So disgusting . Some other old wood decor surrounding a miror on the wall was h-i-d-e-o-u-s. Also to add one of the front desk clerks , a young lady whom failed to get her name had on a long sleeve work shirt that was way too large for her but also very very wrinkle. Appeared to...

“Soggiorno, ok. Ho scritto diverse e-mail prima di arrivare chiedendo come funzionasse la navetta gratuita dall’aeroporto ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Quindi ho dovuto pagare il taxi per raggiungere la struttura. Una volta arrivato in albergo sono poi riuscito a prenotare la navetta gratuita per il ritorno in aeroporto. ”

“The hair dryer is very old and gives an unsafe impression! The receptionist make you feel not welcome, like they are making you a favor to be there...Over all ok! The shower works great!”

“It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code.”

“The bathroom was a mess and back up, the entire rooms smell like urine and the towel were dirty the bed linen cause me to end up at the doctor after leaving the property. The experience was awful.”

“Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service ”

“I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. ”
