“It is self serve so make sure you download and use whats app Room was modern and very clean with a great kitchen Ground floor common area was amazing Espresso 24/7 along with dried fruits and lovely sitting area Great location 15 minute walk to sarona market 25 minute walk to beach and across the street from a red line station”

“The room was extremely comfortable, from the bed to the shower. Staff were very courteous on check in and throughout our stay ”

“The hotel had a nice vibe with great music coming from its restaurant. The hotel is 3 years old and was well maintained. Staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is near some great restaurants and markets. The restaurant inside the hotel was excellent, with Asian Fusion options. Be aware the hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the beach. This wasnt an issue for me，but it may for other people. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it to others.”

“Titto”

“Great, fun neighborhood.”

“My stay at Florentin house was amazing. The hotel is clean and very well located. The staff is really helpful and always happy to help, especially Raphael who has been professional and attentive throughout my stay. I'd definitely recommend this place! ”
