“It was the perfect spot for a weekend of skiing. It had everything we needed. Clean, cozy, close to the hot tub, had everything we needed to cook our meals and close enough to great spots if we wanted to eat out. A quiet location!”

“It’s May and they didn’t have ac on so it was very hot in building and condo. Board needs to turn ac on earlier. We got fans brought to us but was still to damn hot was 25.5 in our condo. That is only criticism. Otherwise great place”

“Cozy, comfortable and clean. Great location to walk to downtown. Parking can be difficult in Banff so it was also nice to have a dedicated parking space right your door. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Shower/bathtub was excellent - unlimited hot water and awesome for a soak after a long day of skiing. The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet for a good nights sleep. Also nice that it is pet friendly. Good communication with host too. Highly recommend!”

“The check-in instructions were not given after the check-in time. Sent message thru Expedia to the host and never got response. I had to search the property management company and called their number. I wasn’t sure if it’s Expedia’s problem or the host. The place was clean and comfortable. The outdoor equipment storage and boots/gloves driers were bonus for snowboarding trip. The only two things I didn’t like were 1) the poor water quality of the condo. “We had an excellent stay at the Lake Louise Inn. On arrival we ended up upgrading our room for more space, and it was worth the cost. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my kids loved going to the pool every night. We loved the proximity to many popular lakes and trails. ”

“The appartment was clean and inviting. We had a great stay there. Our host was great and responed quickly when we reached out. Only draw back was the hot tub. It wasn't very hot, warm at best. Having the jets on did not warm it up either. Our host reached out to management about the hot tub but it still wasn't up to temp by the time we left. Upside is the appartment has a nice big bathtub ☺️”
