“This was a lovely place to stay. The breakfast choices were many and varied. The only thing I didn't like was the strong smell of perfume that permeated the house. ”

“Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland.”

“We honestly are considering suing for negligence of cleanliness, extremely rude, dishonest behavior, safety, barged into room multiple times while I was was indisposed and told them to not enter, they required us to do our own cleaning and cleaned after them. Amy cut her finger and bled profusely for hours and we want this location to be removed from your service. “There's some good, some bad and some very bad about this property. The woman that works up front is extremely rude and aggressive. The room did was very basic, not a studio as it was advertised.”

“Non-smoking, but the building reeked of cigarettes. There are doors on the wall between room, and those doors had gaps at the top and bottom meaning the 3AM family loud conversation happening in the room next door was loud through the door gaps. Stuffing the gaps with towels didn't help much. The breakfast was limited with burnt coffee. 1 of the 2 key cards didn't work. ”

“My wife and I didn't really enjoy our stay here this week. It's a little hard parking around the pickups in the driveway. The smell of the room really hit us hard - mildew and too much potpourri. Felt like visiting your grandparents' house. The room & bathroom are stuffed with Americana knickknacks & art you either enjoy it or, like us, are overwhelmed. It's funky, funky, funky. Positives include it was very clean, they offer lots of food items, they have many toiletries in case you forget...

“While the room was very clean, there was no fridge and no microwave. And since I was on a business trip, that made it hard to have food to eat or bring back left overs. The shower had no pressure and both the shower and the sink leaked with no way to stop it. I did report that at the end of the stay. Bathroom was super tiny and no place to put anything. Towels super thin and definitely one use only. I try to reuse to save on water. It also turns out that it’s a party hotel for people hooking...
