“We stayed for 3 nights and reserved 2 rooms. First day of arrival, the only elevator was not working and we had to use the stairs until they finally fixed it on our last day of stay. The rooms were spacious and clean however the towels are worn out. Also, there is no air conditioning in the common areas, and can get hot walking up and down the stairs. There is only one restaurant in the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a decent hotel for the duration of our stay. ”

“Overall our stay was outstanding. Very comfortable, excellent staff friendly and accommodating, very good breakfast. The only negative was for some reason there was a lot of moisture in the room. Our clothes were always damp and we could see a thick layer of moisture on the floor. That maybe because we were right next to the pool and Busuanga is surrounded by water. However we would stay there again.”

“Nice and polite staff.Quiet place as it’s located at the outskirt of Coron town. Clean and 2 big swimming pool. Our kids enjoyed the pool very much.The complimentary breakfast was really good.The staff are amazing and very helpful. I left a tip for housekeeper on the bed and she didn’t take it and I asked her why, she said they don’t take the tip unless the guest clearly indicates it that’s for them( talk about honest staff) . “Il nostro viaggio è stato splendido anche grazie a questo hotel. Entri in un’oasi di pace lontano dal resto del paese. A partire dall’accoglienza con un drink e una tovaglietta calda. La pulizia è eccellente (anche più volte al giorno), il personale è sempre cortese e sorridente, i servizi (bar, piscina, ristorante) ti fanno godere tutti i momenti della giornata. “L'albergo è molto bello, nuovo e pulito con una bella piscina. Il Wi-Fi nn funziona bene, ma la connessione nn è buona in tutta l'isola. L'albergo dista 10 minuti con il trycicle dalla cittadina, dove si può mangiare. Noi abbiamo avuto un problema con il tour prenotato attraverso loro. Ci hanno portato al porto e lasciati lì senza supporto, in balia di noi stessi. “I love the privacy of this property!! We received a warm welcome. Staff very courteous, friendly, and respectful. Check-in process relatively easy. Did have issues with phone not working and major concerns with drainage, especially toilet and shower. Lock to the french doors broke and it took them 1 1/2 days to fix. Need a map for guests to facilitate with awareness of amenities. I did love that they had bikes to use in the island!! Understand the challenges of being on a private island but...
