“It’s the warmth and friendliness of the staff that make the place stand out from others. The hotel itself is comfortable, food is good. The only cons I would say is the walk from the reception to your room. If it rains, the ground is slippery but they put a rubber rag to walk in. You only have to make sure to walk on it. All in all, our stay is one of the most comfortable places so far.”

The service was wonderful, the people were extremely friendly, polite and helpful, taking care of our every need.
It was close to town, with a complimentary tricycle service whenever needed, and only a 30peso (less than $1AUD) pp return trip, with tricycles everywhere so very easy to find our way back.
The facilities were great, our room was clean and beds were comfortable.

There was a storm when I was there and it rained a lot, there were some areas that had some water leaks due to the rain, nut the staff was proactive in moving guests that may have been affected by it. “Customer service of every employee was amazing. They were very courteous, quick to assist and friendly. Food from the Baya Hotel Restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed every entree we ordered. One things is that the room had some issues such as some of the walls had cracks, sliding doors on the balcony and bathroom wouldn’t lock properly. Some of the furniture were outdated, they had alot of scratches and wear and tear. We got the Panorama room and the view was priceless.”
