“The drive to Hyatt Tamaya Resort is absolutely beautiful and sets the tone for the entire stay. The scenery is peaceful and relaxing, and along the way you pass a gorgeous golf course and horses, which makes the whole experience feel unique and almost secluded from the city in the best possible way.

“Flew all day from alaska. They overbooked and sold our reserved room and were rude and dismissive and non helpful. There was a concert in town so all other hotels were booked. We drove around ABQ in 4 different Ubers trying to find anywhere to sleep. Finally at 330 in the morning got the last room at the motor lodge for five times its normal price (gouged) but we had no choice. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at the Hyatt place.
