Parco François Leguat: Tour e Visite Guidate

Albergo molto bello, camera stupenda. Spiaggia super colazione buona Servizio ristorante un po' lento...spesso bisognava attendere anche 15 minuti x avere un caffelatte la mattina per colazione. Servizio escursioni buono Qualche problema nel Servizio pulizia, nella vasca ho trovato capelli della sera prima , a volte mancavano gli asciugamani, i saponi e lo sciampo ..per non parlare del caffè Per il tipo di Albergo sicuramente il Servizio camera sarebbe da migliorare notevolmente

Fantastico Resort. Camere meravigliose, arredate con estremo gusto, molto ampie e pulite e assolutamente confortevoli. Personale attento, molto cordiale e disponibile, passa ogni giorno in camera a chiedere se tutto va bene o se serve qualcosa. Un ringraziamento particolare a Deepak Nyeek che parlando molto bene la lingua italiana si rende disponibile a offrire la propria assistenza per ogni eventuale necessità. Spiaggia ampia e ottimamente attrezzata. La spiaggia si estende su tutto il resort per cui si trovano sempre posti disponibili sia nelle zone più frequentate che in quelle più tranquille. Ottimamente dotato il centro nautico ed il diving, con personale e istruttori preparati e attrezzature curate. Il mare molto bello e con una piccola barriera corallina a pochi metri dalla riva. Unico neo, la fascia di mare in sicurezza delimitata da boe è troppo ristretta per cui se si vuole nuotare o fare snorkeling è necessario oltrepassare le boe adottando un minimo di cautela considerato che possono passare delle barche. Da segnalare che il livello della ristorazione non è però all’altezza dell’eccellenza del Resort. I piatti al buffet sono troppo ripetitivi e intrugliati, spesso vengono riproposti, con intingoli vari, avanzi del giorno precedente. Il servizio dei camerieri ai tavoli è molto lento e si finisce per ricevere le bevande in fase avanzata del pasto. Buoni i cocktails. Servizio taxi ottimo con area di sosta proprio di fronte alla struttura. Complessivamente un Resort

The Bay Club was a wonderful resort in a really convenient location. We went as a family of 4 with two young kids 9 and 11 years old, and everyone loved it. We stayed in a 3 bed ocean view ground floor appartment which felt like home away from home. We were full board and stayed for two weeks, the food was delicious, and the portions were big. The resort had all the amenieties you could ever want and a beach house that had complimentary water sports like pedalo, paddle board, kayak etc. There was a free shuttle boat that took you to Ile aux Cerfs Island every 30 mins (beautiful beach and clear water). The best thing about the resort was the staff, everyone from the buggy drivers to the kitchen staff, kids club team, cleaning crew, main reception staff, pool staff, beach hut guys and shuttle boat driver were absolutely wonderfull, they really made our 20th wedding anniversary trip one to remember. I don't have enough words to thank them all, but I must thank the main reception staff for helping us adapt our booking to make us more comfortable (thank you), no request was too difficult for the staff, they always tried to find a way to help. Also Mr Eddie in the main restaurant was outstanding and will forever be remembered by our family. He was so lovely , kind , friendly and helpful, and he and lots of other staff made the resort feel like a family. Also our friend from Argentina who made the pizzas was supper nice and made amazing pizzas. Thank you to all the staff.
