“Everything was great except the room wasn’t as clean as I expected. The tub had some grime in it and one of the towels had something still on it. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a little surprising. We didn’t ask for it to be fixed. We rinsed the tub and didn’t use that towel. Everything else was great. Good breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“The staff was prompt and friendly. Had extra pool towels and the pool was very refreshing. The room was updated and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Right next door and within walking distance to a great Mexican restaurant. Breakfast had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!”

“My teenage daughter and I had a really nice overnight stay. The indoor pool was great, especially with it raining outside. The fitness center was fun. Beds were super comfy and the A/C was a welcome respite from the heat wave!”

“The property was well kept and the staff was helpful. The only problem I really had was waiting for service for dinner, one night. There was only one person taking care of the bar and food orders. Once helped arrived, things started to pick up. Our drinks and food were very good.”

“The room, in general, appeared clean. Upon further examination, the room corners had not been cleaned for some time, just swept around the floor lamp. There were spider webs and cobwebs present, and they had been there for some time.”

“Promises never completed. Changing dates to repair problems. Then never done til left. Not only one reported problems. Frustration.”

“Stayed during July. Lobby is great. Room was dank and smelled like mildew. Carpet was old and ripped so you could see the pad underneath. Windows were extremely old and not well insulated which caused the humidity to make the sheets and everything in the room feel damp like sleeping in a tent. There was a fitness room but no controlled access and no working ventilation which meant “no air” on a 90 degree day. I would probably not stay here again if given another opportunity.”

“Checked in late. There was no sheets for the sofa bed. Really unfortunate since we needed the extra bed. Also the curtains do not close all the way so the sun shows right through the space.”

“Property was clean and staff very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is patch job on bathroom wall next to towel rod is in need of paint.”

“Everything was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. They were having a technical difficulty at the front desk, but staff was right on top of it, and did a work around to keep guests from being inconvenienced. Plus, it was fixed by the time we returned from dinner. The breakfast was a bit sparse on fruit and protein options, but it was adequate. Also, I missed having a coffee maker in the room.”

“Breakfast was included with my price of hotel but the breakfast was not REALLY Breakfast. All it had was cereal and little muffins. Disappointed”
